Valve springs. "back fire" is quite a generic term +22 is my target when I tune. I figure it's important to make sure the injectors move as much as possible so they don't get sticky?

Nah was all good, angle was just all fucked up. Gate cracks bang on at spring pressure and is fully operational at my max desired boost.

Not my finest Welds, but haven't welded in a while and galvanised is always a prick no matter how well you prep it

Modded the actuator bracket to suit the ts actuator. Installed studs and nuts on the turbo to manifold joint. Installed manifold to head studs and reinstalled turbo.

Tomato sauce on a spring roll is the real fucking problem.

EGT is a total waste of time. Unless you're running a probe per exhaust port it's not going to deliver any useful information.
