Denmac reportedly sold one for the random of $110k. But driving the new GT today was a absolute pleasure. Thanks to the guys at Sunshine ford for the simple transaction. I can tell why they are no1 in the FPV sales.

Was quoted $110k if I wanted the "F" I said to the dealer you must be F ing joking. Some dealers sold there allocations of the GTF at $77k plus on roads (Advertised price) Other FPV dealers still have there allocation seeing how much they can get for them as per my run in with Denmac Ford Ipswich rip offs. Called Ford Customer Care and no help. They advised the dealers can sell their allocation for what ever price the market will pay as there is no RRP. Wish I had recorded the conversation. Purchased a new GT from sunshine ford today instead Shame FORD for letting the GTF become a dealer pricing scam. Imagine the guys who ordered them for $100+ k. Compared to the ones who Paid $77. Ummmmm

It is a 2014 GT black with the black edition modifications from the 2011 release as I liked the look of the black edition. Different to the xr6ts and f6 I have owned earlier for sure. Love the instant torque. Anyone booked in for the FPV drive day at qld raceway ?

One of the last Black GTs I was able to buy this week. Looking at the street fighter upgrades very tempting. After a few XR6t and the modified typhoon looking forward to the V8 fir a change.

After trading 3 Falcons..... the answer is NO no one even checked the log books

Yes I had this same issue with the Iphone..... I am now at a loss to explain as randomly it will not answer incoming calls if I answer using the phone, after a short period it will then transfer the voice and mic to the car ......... strange and unpredictable

OK Guys I have done some testing on my May 09 FG with Bluetooth If I turn the car on whil the Iphone is in sleep mode(Screen is black), the car seems to connect the icon goes blue but I cannot recieve calls via the car bluetooth correctly. Infact the Iphone simply refuses to take calls correctly. If I turn the car on while the Iphone is awake (Icon screen is shown), the car connects and all is perfect. I have repeted this test 10 times the result is the same. Can someone test there car to see if all is ok if you start the car while the Iphone is awake...... I am sure that the Ford command center does not connect correctly if Iphone is not awake James

I had the ZF in my previous BF F6 and modded it to 390RWKW. No issues gear changes were the same as stock. sold at 50,000Ks still OK. I did change the oil every 10,000Ks (The oil did not look like new even though Ford say the gearbox oil never needs changing) Warrentee........NONE if you mod it be prepared to pay for it if you break it........

General rule is any modification to the driveline will VOID driveline warrentee Engine-Gearbox-Diff. It makes it harder to claim on these items.... not impossible just harder than normal. If Fraud get upset then they can at there discression flag the whole car as Void. Although in this situation of a oil line replacement this is unlikly. My previous BF was flaged as no Driveline warrentee (Modded intercooler tune exhaust etc) but they did cover body and electrical. My BA before that did not get any flags even though it was modifyed with intercooler and tune.

Strange Coincidence I collected my new FG on Friday in Brisbane from Q Ford. Winter White 6 Speed Manual Luxury Pack Tech Pack Drove it all weekend here in Brisbane and came to the same conclusion. What a difference it is over the previous BF I had, more stable and posative in the corners. Interior fitout is far better, still learning to drive the manual after two autos (1 * BA XR6T 1 * BF Typhoon). Wish I had purchased the manual in the previous cars. Would be interesting with a tune and exhaust. I wonder how the clutch would hold up to the extra power. James
