Thanks, I tried the vice grips :( Already came to the same conclusion, will try and book Captain Thread.

Hey guys, thought I would be clever and drop the sump of the trans and change the filter, gasket and oil change. However, this BA ute I bought has suffered from a little bit of rust underneath before I bought it. Long story short. 7 bolts removed fine, but 2 one one side have broken / snapped. Tried easy outs, with no success ( this may have just made it worse). Anyone know if I should get a mobile mechanic here in Adelaide, or just tow the b**stard down to the local mechanic?
