  1. I wouldnt bother cleaning it mate, just replace the hose with a new one. I bought a new solenoid from Parramatta Ford in NSW $48. Also bought some new boost hose and small clamps from super cheap - replaced in 1 hr, runs much better now!
  2. The problem causing the shudder I'm told is with the booster, there is not enough clearance between the booster and master cylinder with the pushrod. Give Darren a call on 9755-5370 he is in Chipping Norton NSW @ Performance Road & Race Parts, tell him mrtwinturbo sent you. He deals in brakes, clutches, rotors etc he can machine rotors in his workshop also. He said he can reco the booster for around $400 inc parts n labour. This is for BA BF n FG. I'm looking at getting this done in the near future, will let you know how it goes. I have dealt with Darren for years, and highly recommend him. He knows his stuff when it comes to brakes. His website is wow . performanceroadandraceparts.com.au
  3. Bizkets is right. Get your tuner to tune the injector pulsing at closer intervals. Mine had the exact same issue stalling when I came to a set of lights every few days after 1000cc injectors were installed.
  4. Torque is good love the huge boost gauge lol. maybe try dash command its awesome! I've tried the bluetooth odb2 then bought the wifi odb2 much quicker communication speeds.ebay $35. Dash command gives u features like power hp/kw as u drive at the fly, torque, timing, 0-100 times, 1/4 mile time, 60 foot, revs, boost,u can record the readings as u drive.even has a race option so if u race your car on the track it downloads a google map of the track and shows where u accelerate, brake, cruise and more. its worth the $10 (bargain for what we spend on our cars) and it runs on android and iphone. I'm using it on my fg xr6turbo. You can try it free for a while and you can buy extra pids for troubleshooting error codes also.
  5. Could be a dirty/clogged injector. My mate had the same issue. Maybe try some injector cleaner.
