They finally found the problem third time up Faulty ABS sensor All fixed Just sent it in for a service today Been told new brake pads & rotors need skimming again, only done 14,000km since last skim & set of pads They pretty much said get used to it ever 10,000km

I have a 2003 XR6T Ute, It recently has started this problem Large vibration through thr pedal when braking at slow speeds & ABS fail light has engaged on Two occasions Does usually occurs just after start up, Backing out & the garage & braking at the kerb But also occrs after drving for a while also Did anyone get a solution Cheers

Joining in from New Zealand, Just had the same shudder second time around. 1st at 5000km machined & shims fitted Now at 18000km same bloody problem, The Ford dealership has said they machined them again. But main fix its to fit ultima pads to it at my cost. They say the pads they supplied me with the car are not covered by warrenty? Apparently they fit the ultima's from new now, So why do I have to pay to fix there problem that they created. Seems wrong. Cheers for the rant
