If you have a stock exhaust definitely get that done the stock ford cat restricts a lot of flow, get a a high flow cat with ya exhaust and a retune and u should b lookin around those numbers with the mods ya already got and if ya want to run higher boost get ya valve springs done I run my xr on 10 psi day in day out and it's safe!!!!! Plazaman heavy duty valve springs are good that's what I run in mine!!!!!! Hope this helps

Haha she tears em up good as guys left two black lines out the front of work today (big industrial road no kids etc) smoke bellowing out every where no pics yet coz it was a impulse thing one of the boys from work yelled show us what she got and well I showed em y xr6t's r the greatest ever I'll get a vid next time!!!!! Ah cheers guys I fixed the problem I disconnected the battery left it for a bit then connected the battery started her up held the button down for a SEC and bang on comes a Lil light of a car doin a skid yay the fun button works cheers for ya help guys

Oh yeh work done! Front mount, intake, injectors (I think),valve springs.

Na when I go to do a skid the Lil light comes on in the cluster and traction control kicks in!!!

Sorry bud haha didn't make much sense ey! My traction control button I push it it does nothin I pulled it out to make sure it was connected it is so know I dunno auto elec maybe?

Hay guys I have a bf xr6t that I jus bought jump in the car to c what it can do with traction control off and nothin I know ya hold it down for a bit and a Lil car doin skids is spose to light up in ya cluster but nothin I pulled the button out to c if it was connected and it is, if any one has any ideas plz let me know! Cheers
