  6. The factory alarm I mention is a Ford replacement BEM + siren bonnety switch etc
  7. I had the factory alarm fitted at an unamed dealership. When I got the car back the pass. side wiper hit the cowling, wires fell in front of the brake pedal water leaked onto the drivers floor and no longer does it beep to say its locked. Then I was charged for a lone car!!! The cars great I cant cop the dealership I wanted to do it myself but it must be programmed on site apparently

  9. I was so embarassed to see my mates stock VR sitting beside me 'till about the 100m mark I've Tried revving it a bit but I worry about the auto.

Once its moving its great, don't take me wrong I love the car but I wonder if something can be done just to help it off the mark (without going to 16"s). Does anyone else think this or have I been spoiled by manuals?

  16. I have the rex system in my phantom, it was great for the kids on long or short trips.....but now it stop working, a new one is on order and once they get the alternator noise out of it it should be great again. I wasnt at all disapointed with the screen size either , its fine.

  18. I too have had this problem and was told the first machining is free next I'll be paying for it. It is clear to me if they continually warp they are inadequate for the 1.8t car and I'll be expecting adequate brakes to be fitted at NO extra cost.
