I have just got it back from my last ever ford service.....they tell my it was always like that, It sounds like a ricer, full sneezing on back off and sounds like a leak on hard acceleration. LOL and they swear that's how it was. Could the BOV have shat itself in a day? And since its had 2 coil packs is there an after market HD coil pack? Mick

Cant believe I have to explain this, but, let me set the scene,, Sixfan in Evo, beer between knees, mobile wedged between ear and shoulder, while bragging to mates, window open and arm resting on door holding wheel, and taking pic with otherwise wasted spare hand.

Hey Lumpy, to my knowledge, 'less its changed recently, you need no quals to repair any portable appliance, which is anything with a plug....wishing machines, microwaves, dryers...... Just a thought.??

Good to see some new interest, I'm keen to catch up anytime. Mine too is still stock bar the k&n filter. Pecky's Autos has a dyno and will have the ability to tune t's soon so he tells me.

Tighten the turbo/manifold bolts, bet there loose, fords meant to tighten them at service but it seems lots dont.
