Hey guys, we've just picked up my mkII fg xr6 turbo ute. We're in darwin Its brand new so its as stock as it gets at the moment. Plans are pretty limited for the next 5yrs thanks to warranty. But looking at getting it lowered, wheels, turbo back exhaust. And I got bored in the middle of the night last night, so I tinted the windows. Just trying to get my head around this whole +-offset voodoo. Was looking for something similar to the smurf6 stance/ fitment. Any way, that's the plans. Should all be ok with the factory warranty yeah?

hey guys, I dont know alot about wheels and offsets etc. im looking at getting a set of rota p45r3's for my fg turbo ute. they only come in 18×12. im really not interested in modifying anything to fit them. anyone know if they'll fit ok? im new to the falcon scene and the forum and ive already learned heaps from the good info on here. thanks

hey mate, looks good! im pretty much in the same boat as you, im about to sign the dotted line on my new xr6 ute. one question though, did yours come with the soft cover? the dealer is trying to slug me another $700 for it when the brochure says its standard...? id like a hard cover but 3.5k from ford is a bit far fetched for me. are the aftermarket hard covers better priced? im surprised to see your r6 has to be on an angle to have the tail gate up. only reason im buying a ute is to cart my zx636 racebike. and the dog. looks nice anyway will post pics of mine when I pick it up
