Just a question on this.... Why did you decide to go for rotors that are capable of standing 700 degree's celcius, and pads that can only stand 450c ? I had that combo on my last car for 6 weeks, till I ripped the pads apart (I actually did this) at Wakefield park.... Moved over to Ferodo Formula after that, rated to 650c. As stated by DBA ,A disc rotor core temperature must not exceed 630 degrees The ultimate pads have a CWT of 550 degrees To answer your question , the Pads were Free and I paid $110 for the Wiper slot 4000 series rotors ... If Ferodo ,QFM , etc were supplied they would have been used instead....
