Unfortunately Ford have asked the dealers(have read the memo at my dealer) to actively look for any modification including Edit....Even if there is no warranty fixes during service... Yes they can detect edit by the WDS serial number ..Some dealer just keep there mouths shut as the customer is rated more highly than the FoMoCo and there are others that will have your car black listed before you know it....

Martin and Simon from Morpowa have just updated my Edit to V2 What a huge difference to throttle response Vixen has been running Phase II since november last year, and Phase II +PWR IC + Edit since july this year Still running factory iridium plugs at .75mm gap and BP Ultimate AND it doesn't ping AFR's are 12.2 The ute was given back when both the tuners and myself were happy with the tune and I also asked for hi-speed setting on the fan to be brought in at a lower temperature..default is 106 degrees So SA doesn't have sh*t fuel and I dont need special plugs to get 330rwkws
have seen this a few times now... The crossover piping to throttle body hose has been incorrectly installed and has a gap around the throttle body....instant boost drop and goes like a slug... discovered this fault after ford tried to fix a coil problem and another on one just out of the dealers brand spanking new..so much for quality control
1st T5 broke the mainsahft due to a casting fault... 2nd T5 is coping well considering the it puts up with..Have been running last 3 mth with either 325 or 345 tune...
Not good at all I must have been lucky as both side tanks leaked on mine When I went to the dealership for a replacement there were 2 other BA's there for the same problem... According to the workshop manager, Ford allow a 4% failure rate on radiators...Cold comfort when you spend $40k+ on a new vehicle
Morpowa APS fitted my phase I 238rwkw. Phase I on Morpowa's dyno 236rwkw Morpowa fitted my phase II 291 rwkw Before removing the unichip to do the edit some 10 mths later 284rwkw Phase II with edit 315 rwkw But to keep the intake temps down decided to fit an intercooler 340+ rwkw.(fuel pump and wastegate still stock ) Then tuned back to 325rwkw @13 psi Many thanks to Simon and Andrew @ Morpowa

Got rid of the unichip (which is now fitted to the ED XR6) and went the Edit...Morpowa are a Capa agent so they do the edit ..Dont know what the story is with APS but they have burnt some bridges of late, but then again who cares anymore....
