What about your plugs I was using octane boost in my last car and after a few months the car started feeling slugish. After doing a few checks under the hood I found my sparkplugs were fouled up with a layer of orange colourd stuff ? 1 new set of plugs fixed the problem

I still have the factory deck feeding 2 kicker amps 1 is 650w 4ch and the other is a 1450w mono amp for the 1500w kicker sub .Also had 2 sets of pioneer speakers fitted splits in front and 6/9s for the rear

XXXR6T I know what u mean about not getting clear sound out of the rear speakers I just had 2 amps,sub and new speakers fitted and in the end they decided to run the whole system off the front because they couldnt get a clear sound out of the rear

Mate it sounds F%@kin awsome even at low volume levels you can feel the car vibrate. But I am thinking about putting another L7 in there and getting somesort of custom fiberglass moulding done in the boot to mount the subs , amps so I can show off all the bling bling And thanx for all the replies I am going to get caps and if my wife :cussing: hasnt killed me by then for buying more stuff for the car then I will try get a good battery

sorry this might be a dumb question but my Kicker KX1200.1 class D Amp came with a factory test certificate stating 1450 watts total power and my Kicker KX650.4 was rated at 650 on its cetificate So does that mean I need 2 0ne farad caps ?

Hi all Hope someone can help I have just had a new system installed XR6T 1 Kicker Solo Baric L7 Subwoofer S12L7D4 pioneer TS-C160R in the front Pioneer TS-A6981S rear Kicker KX1200.1 Amp Kicker KX650.4 Amp Factory head unit I have a few small problems 1.after a bit of thrashing and I turn it down I get a buzzing sound from my rear speakers if I turn it off for a hour or so and then turn it back on its fine again ?.I think its drawing far to much power because if the volumes up all my lights INC head and tail lights pulse with the music.It looks cool but I dont think the cops will like it B) what would be the best way to fix it.Apart from that its great. B)

Hi my name is Adam I joined the forum a few weeks ago so I could read up on XR6's before buying one.Now I have a auto 04 XR6T MK2 with only 10k on the clock I have already done my first mod on the car I got a flash tuner and Simon from Xtreme ford tuning dyno tuned it tonight.The car had 190 kw stock and after the tune it pulled 237.2kw Thanks Simon you the man .Now to get down to the drags and see what times I can do
