Anyone know where there is multipul views can be had from the net? As at the moment I think what Kelly did was a minor incident. He's seen Lowndes go for the gap and has tried to follow. But has outbraked himself hit lownde who has then spun. Now unfortunatly he has been left in the middle of the track on the racing line with 20+ other cars trying to use that bit of track. Where he is then hit and the damage done. that's it Kelly did not put lowndes out of the race. He was in the wrong and deserved a stop/go. If it happened with no traffice behind them. Lowndes would have called him a spanker over the radio and been behind him agian within 2-3laps. Was an unfortunate way to finish the championship for all. And there is some bad sportsmanship awards to be handed out to Toll and HRT. But as I said at the top, I would like to see the footage agian to make a better decsion. And no I am not a member of the HRT team. Just standing back and looking on.

In vic there weekly. CalderPark runs a friday night drags meet. I dont know how it works though.

Gave me the opinion that anything over 350rwkws, was a huge struggle for the factory system.

Thanks for that. Will search for BTR4 speed kits. Dont think I have seen any yet. But have since found out that someone does a kit for the nissan 5spd (still want auto though), but should fit the Nissan 4spd auto also. As for the RB30DET motor, it has been done before. Using a RB30 GQ gearbox (same as 300zx). But not really wanting a smaller motor. Have been in 4.2turbo utes and like the way this size motor works. So belive the 4lt BA XR6T would be perfect. Good torque, reliable good HP. Was going to go for 300rwkw. But think 220-250rwkw, will spin the wheels fast enough. There is a guy from melb also looking at putting one into a 99 GU wagon (current shape patrol).

I am thinking of putting and XR6T motor into a 4wd. Only problem is no one makes an adaptor kit yet for the Nissan gearbox. So wondering what type of auto ford use? As this could be another option. Plus having a tiptronic auto in the Patrol could be cool. Also whats the Ford 5spd auto good for as far as power goes? As the nissan 4spd auto after a full rebuild and upgrade is good for about 600hp (not sure of the cost of that though).

My mate has a Black XR6T. And after A couple of rides I have decided that this motor has great potential for being put in my SWB GQ PAtrol 4wd. He told me about this place. And the info I have gotten so far has been great(I think the patrol will need a minimum of 300rwkw's). I think I may need to get a turbo sedan as well. Turps (now this has turned into chat and I will be yelled at already)

Nah I just take the patrol down these roads and have fun. The rougher the better in that thing.

Mate has a black XR6T. And I reockon that motor would fit nicly in my 4wd. So I wanted to know how to make it go faster. Turps Oh and want a sedan as well.

Was it just a better tune? Or was it cos dynos vary to much. I know some guy in vic with highlymodded 4wds and they where getting 235rwkw from one shop. But has since been modded some more and goes alot harder. But have taken it to a better place and the Dyno still says 235rwkw. Also boost guages vary a little. Unless it was your own car mounted unit. Well that's diferent. But yer 284 at the wheels that's hellasweet. Turps
