hey there, im getting my xr6 turbo ute ready for sale and need help finding a shop that's not so strick on roadworthys. the ute is 100% safe but I dont no anyone around brisbane that can help. its been lowered, has different wheels, and sum minor engine mods. just need someone that will pass those types of things. so if u know if anyone please let me no. im stuck. thanks matthew

hi there. wanting an external wastegate on my ba xr6 turbo. with just a screamer pipe dont want it plumbed in. wondering if theres anyone around brizzy that wants a cashy, just to modify the housing with a flange for the external wastegate. and well the other shut. will pay cash and can help if needed cheers matt

ohk thanks. and is there any way to tell if the fuel pump and/or injectors are upgraded just but looking at them? I also forgot to mention that 70% of start ups I kn smell fuel within the first 5 minutes of driving.

going to replace my fuel pump on my ba xr6 turbo ute, bit of a mission. im relacing it kuz it gets quite loud after uv been driving for 70km+ the mechanic said it kuld sh*t it self anytime so better to replace it. my problem is that I dont no if the previous owner(s) have upgraded it or the injectors. the guy I bought it off seemed to think id had been upgraded buy the previous owner. but not a definate. im just wondering if I buy a standard replacement and it has had upgraded injectors, will it effect the peformance and the motor running to lean or rich? or if it hasnt had an upgraded fuel pump or injectors and I put in walbro one will it again effect the peformance and/or make the motor run to lean or rich. whats my best option??? cheers matt

ohk cool kuz reading up on the ba doesnt sound too good with all the faults. how du the ba mk2 stand up. its got front mount, exhaust from standard turbo dump pipe, bov, tourqe chip. and getting external wastegate with screamer pipe.

hi there, so iv had my 05 xr6 turbo ute for 4 weeks now and have an issue with the fuel pump. 70% of the time its running fine, no noise, but sometimes it becomes quite loud. will get home and wen I go to drive it in the morning its fine again. I dont no if its standard or aftermarket but would like to no if I shld replace it? and where is the best place to gt a replacement? its also smells of petrol sometimes, not very often though. please help!

hi there, just needa know of a good exhaust shop to fit an external wastegate to my standard manifold. I will supply the wastegate. just need somewhere resonably priced and that does a good job, and who can help me with future mechanical issues. I live in kangaroo point so somewhere close to cbd. cheers matt

hi there, iv just bought my first xr6 turbo and love it. just have a question regarding me electric windows, driver side. it was working fine until it starting struggling to wind it back up and now it only goes down, sometimes, and wont go back up without me pulling it up. does this mean it is the window regulator or switch or something else. please help, cheers matt
