  1. Hi Para, If you are doing decent kms, then a gas conversion makes sense, however, I'd reckon that if you did less than 25-30K per year, its probably not really worth the hassle. Having said that, its nice to travel and take advantage of the cheaper fuel, Ive found that over the last 3mths, LPG prices have risen from 55c/pl to almost 90c/pl, taking some of the shine off having an LPG install. I put my spare wheel on the roof, using a special roof rack that fits the wheel only when travelling away and using all the seats, otherwise it sits in the back for that unexpected moment. I guess that it comes down to what you want, the versatility of dual fuel vs the cost of establishing an effective quality LPG system. The only way to fly these days is with a Liquid Injection System just like JTG do. Its state of the art in aftermarket LPG. Hope this helps a bit, Cheers, Mal K
  2. Hawkers should do the Crows comfortably... or it will be the choke of the season! The week off is absolute gold to the teams that earn it. BTW, where are those toothless tigers??
  3. Only for the Tigers to finish 9th, narrowly, on percentage...
  4. ZF's aren't cheap to rebuild, Shame to compromise service life and performance just to save a few bucks.. Maybe safer to stick to something that works well and is known to not cause any issues?
  5. After 40K using Mobil 1, insides of my engine still sparkling clean with 7500km service interval. Maybe better to stick with what you know as engine oil is heaps cheaper than another engine!!
  6. For sure, theres no way any team will be allowed to have any perceived advantage... Watch Improved Production Racing for variety..
  7. Wakefield would suit a front drive rocket like the Megane quite well....Phillip Island would be a vastly different story.. Anybody with some hard data?
  8. Like Turbotrana says, there is something up, that may not be TrueTrac related... real mess of those gears and the metal has passed right thru the diff. Worrying problem indeed. All that backlash is probably due to the collapsible spacer continuing to collapse, dramatically increasing backlash. All that pounding has smashed the gears to bits. Consider a solid spacer in severe duty applications?
