I had my 2004 XR6T looked at yesterday by RACWA prior to the warranty running out. Found a few minor things but one BIG thing you will all be interested in. The left hand side rear door intermiitently (and increasing in occurrence) does not lock. All other doors lock but not the LHR. When opened it unlocks all the other doors as well. RAC bloke said he has seen this quite often on these vehicles. Bit scary when you leave it and think it's safe. We actually noticed the reverse happening (would not UNlock with the others) and he showed us the not locking issue as well. Check your LHR doors

Has anyone experienced the following: Intermittently, the speedo just does not work. The needle sits on zero until the ignition is turned off then on again and it seems to re-set the speedo function. This is on a 2004 XR6T auto. Very disconcerting when negotiating Perth's freeway works with varying speed limit signs every couple of K's.

TomTom is the top selling brand in UK and Europe. Garmin 320 is very, very easy to use. Basically they are all very much the same because they all use Sensis maps as their database. My personal choice would be the Garmin 320 (I have played with most of them). cheers

I have an 18 month old XR6T sedan. The front suspension creaks and groans when manouvring slowly, like reverse parking. Anyone else experience this? Any suggestions?
