There will be a valve to stop it back flowing somewhere, not sure where though Could remove a fuel line to see if you have flow straight away.... Chooka

Could be the fuel purging back to the tank and having to repressureise every time you start...... Chooka

I would see another tuner, not sure where you have had your work done but for the mods in your Sig you should be pushing more than that!! Also get them to put some valve springs in Chooka
