  1. I'm disappointed ford are milking this now as they could have been making cool cars like this for years
  2. $60 a litre for 20L of genuine fluid. Yes there are cheaper options out there
  3. FYI, I know first hand Phil gets the most out of the breaking performance of his cars at all times. C*nt can drive it hard
  4. Good to hear a good positive post for a change
  5. Bendoco speaks the truth. Other thing would be a failed filter, ie the element getting damaged (which is why k believe there are ethanol specific filters available?) The tune compensation could be way out too due to the fact you need about 35% more ethanol to get stoach tune. And could also be a poisoned o2 sensor as well
  6. I'm space limited similar to 12 gauge but with a larger vehicle. 2 post isn't an option. I think it's sexier overall anyway
  7. I'll just leave these here..... http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=35433 http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=35433&page=3 http://www.12-gaugegarage.com/blog-14/index.html
  8. I'd like to have some sort of phone integration (sound/music/maybe calls) Maybe just need a different converter?
  9. So, I take it the bugs you speak of are more the OS, not the graphical side?
  10. Not that I've found. Interestingly, CGA is a standard created in 1981 0_o
  11. Yeah, but this would either be a hdmi to cga with touch overlay, or somehow plumb the icc in to the Pi & replace the screen altogether
  12. might have just become a tad easier with this http://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/graphics-display-development-kits/8997466/ Don't know how to jump the existing icc display in to it though (or visa versa) there are also a lot of unix distros that are being carved up for it now too.
  13. Haven't seen those before. Interesting. Just double check it will fit in to a tank without modification, ie, cutting or drilling bla bla. I'm not a fan of external surge tanks, so to me that's a pretty good option. Probably wouldn't hurt going a bigger pot either. Hopefully the ventrui will be correctly sized for the pump as it's common for it to become choked when the line flow is increased. Common fix is to bore it out a bit. Again, not the greatest option, but better than having a over fueled idle. If you're going to the trouble of making sure the fuel system will flow right, probably need to upgrade the regulator too. KPM do a complete kit in a few different sizes you probably want to look in to
  14. Love your work. Cheers mate
  15. Corrupt version. Extra bacon
  16. OK guys, don't tell anyone, but I have it on good authority, these new sprints... They will all have cop chips added. As standard! (*shock*)
  17. Nice one phily. FYI, the gauge on many f6's is faulty. It's a cal issue in he gauge itself. I did a post about it a short time ago. I actually work with the guy that did the electricals, in the schematics, the gauge isn't even shown. Marketing wanted something tact on last minute. Can't remember what the exact issue is, but dig up that thread & see what I said
  18. As the title says, looking for the paint code for dark agents. Rims have always been gutter rashed as hell for ages and looking to get them prepped & fixed
  19. More info in boost, temps, etc etc? (Well done)
  20. Noted. I'll look in to it
  21. Only other thing is the age excess, but I'm over 24 anyway
  22. Got the paper work right here in front of me as I've just paid up again. Standard excess $625 + vehicle excess $750 PDS doesn't say anything about this mythical $1500
  23. Cruising gay support groups you say?
  24. JustCar. I've also shopped around for both my cars, one mob wanted +$300 for 3rd party only on a focus! told them to stick it. Ute with mods is ~$300 3rd fire theft
  25. Hang in there Phil, maintain the rage
