Yep, I have since found out that they have been available for around 6 months. Went to the website of the performance workshop that has them and no mention of it on the site. I don't get on here often hence not in the loop.

They must be using a universal pod filter as K&N have only just released this filter in the states. The filter is out of the 2010 Mustang Shelby GT500. This filter has the cutouts and tab for fitment directly into the airbox.

Just read that a K&N Air Filter for FPV FG 315 GS & 335 GT (Coyote) Supercharged V8's is now available. These are a pod style filter and is a direct replacement for the factory filter. K&N's Australian importer will have these new filters in stock in 2 weeks.

From Memory, there is a spare blue plug under the dash that is an accessory for mobile phones kits. I used the plug and all works fine.

I paid $145. I don't have an account. I assume it would be cheaper for account holders.

Just brought a K&N Air Filter for my FG XR6 from Rocket. They have only just arrived so I was luck I got mine today. I was told that a some had arrived via air freight and they should have a heap more in 6 weeks. Dropped it in was a perfect fit. Part No. KN33-2950. Suits all model Petrol model FG Falcons including FPV. Will not suit LPG models I'm told.

Just tested the MSD Dashhawk with the BA-BF Falcon and unforntually, it is not compatable with the Falcon. Hooked it up to a 6 cyl Falcon Auto, a 5.4L V8 Falcon Ute Auto and a 5.4L V8 XT Falcon Manual with no results. No harm in trying.....

Nice product but it will only work with the "CAN BUS" 2 Wire system. Tried it on the Chyrsler 300C and it works great. http://www.dashhawk.com
