Cool thanks for that and the brother in law is a mechanic so he has the press I need and have decided to do both have sorced out a set with new bolts for $200 brand new ford genuine here in penrith so I will also ask him before ordering if they are heavy duty as I do a average of 1000 ks a week so they may be the better optuion

I have broken the front left ball joint on my BA series 2 XR6 turbo and am looking at doing the repair myself is it better to replace both at once or just the left side that is broken as I know this is a big job but figuard while I have it up that I replace both also is it better to buy original or after market is there a differance
