That's ok they only need to concern themselves with the rear end of the car by time im done with it On another note thanks heaps for that site I was looking for that Carbon fibre bonnet as well.. and the whole engine bay setup looks very nice and tempting. Is their CAI worth it though? Also does anyone know the weight differance between the carbon fibre bonnet and the standard 1? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Mate I own a f6 if you like it. JUST DO IT stuff the rest.
  5. Don't spend the money if you don't need to. Standard Exhaust with Bigger Cat will see 300rwkw. Give us a run down of your Mods and we will try to point you in the right direction. The sensitive thing about the T's is they don't neccessarily respond To normal turbo mods due to the parametres set in the PCM. Standerd 215.9 rwkw after custom tune arond 260 rwkw without the larger cooler. I need 350 370 RWKW am I dreaming with these mods.
  6. Yeh guys nice 2 here what use think. I was told each cat flow 430 cc each so he says. Its going on a F6 with 440 cc injecters & custom tune.Thanks 4 the reply guys I nearly gave up on this thread thanke again.

  9. The internet is unreal as I can have so many experts help me at any time . I just have 1 qestion 2 ask about this exhaut. It 3 inch then too 3.5 going into twin 2.5 inch cats & then twin 2.5 inch pips. Any good or what ?

  14. Well the engine felt a little bit flat , and it was using around 20l/100. At the service they "hinted" it might be running rough and "running on 7". It really didn't seem that bad , but I booked it in, and they said it failed a leakdown test and low compression on a few cylinders . They tried to de-carboning fuel , and Ford finally agreed to fitting new heads . The engine had to be dropped and this took around 3 weeks . The result ? , fuel is around 17-18/100 , power seems OK but it still feels a bit rough . And they stuffed up the steering when the engine was out . There are a few on Fordforums.au with similar problems . cheers <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Buy an old car have problems buy a new car still have problems you just cant win.

  24. FORD lovers picture of my mates GT & my 05 F6. Got her 2 weeks ago not much time to go on the forum.Out driving allready done 900 ks. I love this car smooth as I mean smooth.Its just getting faster day by day. It dosnt go as hard as my xr6T but it had 315 rwkw. Felt sad 2 let the T go but less the go fast parts.The F6 is a great car all round . Love the start up button,T56 speed box much better than the T5,smooth as ,More power all over rev range,Fuel not 2 good 400ks 2 a tank. I cant wait for my mods 2 go on & custom tune 350 RWKW HERE I CAME.THANKS 2 THE XR6 TURBO THAT MADE THIS CAR. I LOVE THE WAY SHE MOVES.
