The factory BA/BF F6 18" wheels managed just fine, the BA XR8 18" wheels also fit, I'm pretty sure there are some after market options that clear also.

The FGs run a TR6060, it is supposed to be slightly better than the T56. Swapping auto to manual is possible but it wont be cheap.

Another option if there aren't any settings for it and you want the lights to come on a little earlier is to put some tint (or similar) over the sunload sensor, should do the trick.

A lot of our roads are rubbish but there are several sections that are as good if not better than some of the roads in Germany that have higher speed limits. One thing Germany has got right is that they set the speed limit for each section of the highway rather than the whole highway as we do. They also keep out of the overtaking lane when not overtaking, I wish that was enforced here.

Since he went to Germany for his research, I would guess that he noticed that the 140 and 130 zones that they have on the autobahns flowed well and would be easier for most Australians to transition to.
