Finding quality rentals in Perth is easy atm. Im just lazy and like the fact we dont have rent inspections anymore lol What slightly pissed me off today...note to self; skinny extension things and multiple connections is not wise on a torque wrench. Guess ill be buying one of those deep 19mm sockets. Another quality example of me trying to do something simples...
-
Just Jap. Some legend on here found them for me lol. Ive been looking for 20mm ones for like 6months. Problem you'll have is usually 15mm is the smallest bolt on spacer I've seen (not sure if theres 10mm...but 8mm is slip ons so dunno). Be prepared for heavier steering with 265s up front (felt too weird to me and more prone to aquaplanning or whatever its called).

No more lame offsets on OEM rims...
-
Pfft....old games are lame. I nominate Forza Horizon 3. My favs have been the newer GTAs..
-
Just buy and drive....quality parts used, good tuner (I think?). Agree with pixy though....brakes, tailshaft and zf rebuild might be your future goals...if the box hasnt been thrashed already Oh and wheels and tyres....if that's your thing

Obviously....but still accurately portrays my feelings on the issue and its a dead ringer for how I imagine you would rollerblade IRL

FG Headlight Warning Alert on Dash Messaging
PTR_NITRO_FG replied to EvilDaifu's topic in Electrics Workshop
Dont think my post was that helpful But hopefully your lead is correct....good luck! -
They look way darker than they are. Still lets enough light out....perfectly fine during dull light (and during sunny periods brake lights are even more visible). Worst case I will plead ignorance if they wanna try and yellow it....or ill peel it off in front of them....I rekon with my pleasant/calm demeanor, they will let me off with a warning....maybe. I always thought the rule was NO MATTER WHAT person who rear ends is at fault? Even if someone slams on their brakes its on you for not being at a 'safe travelling distance'. Besides theres a big red one prominently located in the middle of a black spoiler. If you cant see that going off you shouldn't be driving stripesonblades.gif

FG Headlight Warning Alert on Dash Messaging
PTR_NITRO_FG replied to EvilDaifu's topic in Electrics Workshop
Cant really help...but I have had that message come up a few times before. I thought it was my battery cause when weak/low it does weird faults on that middle section. But changed to a 620cca and still did it one time. It would only happened with auto light on and parking in my garage (straight after I turn the key off). -
Yeh cause poor and needed cash lol selling my plaz cooler too :( tune is getting further away. FML Was diggin how it was looking, but got my advans to fix so she'll be right (satin black this time me thinks). Lol....just waiting for the club fg rear end comments Anybody wanna trade their nitro blue F6 spoiler for a black one...? Hahaha This was last weeks efforts (painted rear insert black, club FG'd my taillights and swapped to F6 spoiler)...

Feels like I have 400rwkw now (cause budget 2012 kumho rears). I will miss those lux packs...

Sick kent! Better not be a prank lol Ill send you a PM tomorrow. ASI Performance was the one you bought from? They have a weird listing (says 35mm but then 38mm in description) have sent them a email and will let you know what they rekon.
-
So you're planning on selling them spacers to me and putting 35mm ones on? 9.5 +10 will look so much better
-
Trust me....nothing is easy for me and I wont trust myself to jobs that could directly impact my life lol. I'd rather live with the 20mm sunken fronts...and wait to see if the reasonable priced bolt ons ever come back into production. Cheers anyways though!

Bolt on maybe....slip on no thanks (cause extended studs = fark around).

Cheers

True. Thought the 2s were supposed to be way better in the wet. Obviously not... Lucky I dont stinge out on tyres
-
You sure you had the 2s marco? Apparently a world of difference between them, especially wet weather grip, which I heard was supposed to be improved in the sport 2??? For OP: 1) pretty sure from factory they should be around -0.5* fronts. The lower your car, the more camber is introduced....so if you dump it, you end up needing adjustable camber arms which some brands give you up to -3* of movement (so you can tuck them if jap spec is your thing, or adjust it back closer to oem settings (depending how agressive your offset is and how much clearance is available at said height)). At my cars height (maybe 10mm lower than factory, I get away with shims only). 2) nitto invos will be a 10-15k km set at best situation. Grippy but not "middle range" like you want. If that's your thing, kuhmo ku39 (or the older ku31) are pretty decent and id get 40k+ (probably more if you are rotating same sizes all round). Also Goodyear Eagle f1a2 (theres a the f1a3 now which I havent tried yet) but again got like 35000 on those on the rear (265/35/18). I currently have re003 all round, fairly grippy, not as good as Goodyear in the wet (but still enough to hang on if your progressive with the right foot). This is all in a stock FG xr6t. Tuned = less kms lol

What did he sling you for install/zf fluid flush? Or is he still using that castrol stuff?
-
Man I've still got the 42" plasma I bought back when I finished school. 12yrs and still cranking hard lol
-
What rims you using rab? Was it those FPV gt335 ones?

My kogan tv still going good 6 months or so later. Its a smart tv (but laggy between programs).. Cant comment on formats playable, but probs pretty basic cause think it doesnt play avi's or some format I cant remember (I dont download movies anymore...just remember some of my old pron wouldn't play back lol). Think I paid just under $400 (cause free shipping). 40" full hd led.
-
What CCA is the new battery? I used to get all diff things like what youve mentioned above plus the typical 'transmission not in park'. Once I changed to a bigger one, hasnt happened since (but only been a month or so). Think my old one was 460cca or 520 and the new one is 620.

True true. I was more wondering why they are on the utes but not on the sedan. I will google and figure it out though. Guessing the sedan one must be in the rear body and somewhere that cannot be installed into a ute. Cheers
