  1. Yeh exactly my thought too Murdok!.....they are dirt cheap (and will try and sell the other pair to make my pair even cheaper lol). And they are off a FGX G6E.....so guessing the Pzeros are only for their hero cars (so as to compliment all the other suspension/brake changes). Apparently his son has a F6 with a tune and rekons he has 'no trouble with traction'...theres probably some BS in there, but im sure they'll do for now.
  2. Yeh nah not the wallet type....I have a knock off of this type Its already starting to get flimsy but only paid like $8. Rather buy 3 or 4 over the couple years of useage vs. $60 for a genuine. But you're rich FIFO so no issues for you lol
  3. Yeh im not expecting any miracles with these tyres. Im gunna buy them only cause like new and will be going on rims I will eventually be selling again. The price im paying will get me out of trouble for a little bit.....plus even if they aren't the grippiest....when it spins its actually quite fun and feels like I have 300rwkw lol
  4. I have a fake ebay spec copy of the $60 samsung see through flip case thing. The edge doesnt really do much.....just looks sleeker. That is the annoying thing with cases, you forget how pretty and thin the phone is. The edge also means cases are more limited also cant buy screen protectors (cause doesnt curve)....that is why I have the flip case
  5. Dont terrys and utes have specifc load rated rims? Or is that the tyres only?
  6. Yeh think so. Posted on other forum and so far just terrible experiences lol one guy said ok but only on his NA. I just think that surely even almost new they should be at least on par with linglongs and junk....but so far just terrible reviews lol
  7. Quick and short thread for anyone with actual real world experience with this tyre. Very mixed reviews online....some say good in wet/dry then others say terrible (think they got the nickname on here as dunflops). They are 245/40/18....and wanna know if there is any positive reviews? Obviously I am buying them cheap cause 2nd hand (only 5000kms use apparently)...pricing per tyre in the cheaper than linglong category. One would assume with a 240 AA A UTQG rating that the tyre should be ok.....not concerned about the chewing through fast, just more interested in general grip and wet weather capabilities. Cheers!!!!
  8. IDK if its just phones these days....but even the first few days after getting my s6 edge....I noticed I could fully drain it after 3-4hrs of internet/games/forums/etc.
  9. Tripple posting like a boss!
  10. Dang....so the external gate isnt as reliable as one thought...although a faulty gate is probably more a turbosmart mass produced issue. Ive been looking at wraps lately (basically doing the look you had; but just adding gloss black wrap to my nitro blue colour)...and notice you said $200 worth of wrap? So that means you used the cheap china stuff off fleabay? How long did you have it on your car and any residue/removal issues? Im actally gunna try this random Aussie brand (VViViD I think its spelt) which is apparently similar to Avery just a little harder - which some say makes the install/cutting easier. Just scared of using the $25-30p/m stuff on my paint for too long....I got the roof done but will be peeeling and redoing in a couple weeks with this hopefully better stuff.
  11. ahhh.....im probably thinking turbo terry then?
  12. Yep 95% sure should be all sweet! (unless my car miraculously dies in the next week lol)
  13. 160,000kms from one set of rotors? And still enough thickness for a machine? My one piece of advice.....if your car is stock, don't get RDAs just because they are cheap....they will make a grinding/scraping type noise whenever you drive near walls/buildings. It sh*t me no end....seems the only ones who don't notice have loud exhausts. This is my personal experience with RDAs on FG Sedan....(apparently other cars the noise doesnt happen). If monies tight, I'd go T2 rotors instead of the T3s....
  14. Hahaha....this is f*cked! You're a cunny funt... Very interested to see why they died so soon :/ could it somehow be tune related?
  15. So whens the wedding you two? With all these similarities...yous must be soul mates Also nice clean car NathanB!
  16. Didnt I read that the territory zf has a stronger box? Or stronger input shaft? And OP please do a 335 swap!!! Hahaha Also isnt 4WD better....especially for launching?
  17. Edge looks cool....until you put a case on and forget how thin and sleek it is lol Well that is the case with my pov s6 edge Should be in WPMO....fkn phones being obsolete in 6months
  18. I'll be too lazy to do anything to my car....should really do exhaust manifold/turbo bolts.....maybe I will assess if that Ezy2Confuse bloke does his (I think he said he was doing his?) So yeh if needed I'll give you a lift bloke....
  19. Wasn't sure where to put this....gotta love the creativity LOL I would buy one....
  20. hahah....I was just messing dude! At one stage those rims (in the silver) were commanding stupid premiums (like people asking 2.5-3k for a used set). With a new 750 sets coming into circulation (albeit black) im sure that asking price will drop significantly. If a set comes up locally at decent price I may consider it....cause wider OEM rears I've got my spare set of honeycombs in the storeroom too......but you might as well rotate between sets and use up the tyres before they go bad (tyres are only really good for 5 to 6 years max)....so if you're not selling anytime before then, you may as well get the use out of the rubber. But yes, very smart for keeping in the event you ever sell....hell if the cars available in 2020 I may make the trip down hahaha
  21. ^^^ Please sell me your rims for $1500 delivered.....k thanks!!!
  22. Pics man. I was being a cheeky kent. This thread is 5+ yrs old so not even sure if OP is even active on here anymore[emoji14]
  23. Yeh pretty sure Luke said it was epic job to remove rear backing plate....like axel out job? Mine just got the grinder treatment too...but at another brake place. They are just like most franchise businesses....charge high hourly rate and have minimum hrs too I.e. IIRC think he said even though its 45mins to do a front or rear set of pads (which in itself is debatable) they sid 1.5hr min job. Life of the no skill guy :( lol one day I'll get mates who can help me do stuff for booze hahaha
