Yeah I have already had the rotors lightly machined have had them professionally fitted have even had the hub surfaces cleaned...I do allot of KMS... allot of those on the motor way...I have followed the beddig in procedure etc...but nothing has really worked for me...I might go and see Heasman Steering in St Peters Sydney see what they say...I know about the heat spots causing uneven pad material distribution on the rotor surface...but for every day driving its not very practical trying to not to apply the brakes when you come to a stand still because you dont want to create heat spots...
