hey flare6t, my ute has used an aps cooler from day 1 and last time on the dyno in febuary it ran 4 consecutive runs at 460 rwkw + or - .4 so heatsoak is not an issue. cheers geoff

im running a 2800 stall and in my opinion I would not use a much bigger stall for mainly street use. cheers geoff

my btr 4 speed has been modded by tony dominello and is supporting 460 rwkw with 2800 stall for 3000 ks and no problems so far. cheers geoff

23 psi dropping back to 21psi hey brian,tune on 98 octane at 23 psi,the turbo is rated at 850hp by gcg.major difference from dyno day at autotech is major headwork .honing and match porting. cheers geoff

manifold is split pulse,turbo specs I dont know as it was built by gcg.graph will show the boost comes on without too much lag. regards geoff

im running a to4z on my ute on a custom log manifold and tial wastegate and this setup spools just as fast as the 35/40, boost is controlled by a eboost 2. cheers geoff

my ute is running a dominello modified btr with a 2800 stall and I have not had any problems with 418rwkw. the box has handled around the 400 level for approx 10,000 klms. cheers geoff

I have a blanket on my turbo and it reduces underbonnet temps by heaps,but I am running external wastegate so not sure if you can get one for internally gated turbos,call gcg turbos in sydney. cost about $165. cheers geoff

ive got strada 19s on mine with no isssues and they just clear my ap 4 piston brakes & I mean just (3mm) regards geoff

just use a good reputable tuner and tune with the brand of fuel that you normally use, as I have found huge differences in fuel quality. regards geoff

ive found that above 300rwkw gains become smaller and costs get larger, but power is addictive. regards geoff
