Lp35hs

The rattle continue with a rubber grom. Removed the nut completely and drove around with it and the rattle is still there but it's really rattly like a coin in a jar I'm stumped

I have had a rattle inspected by ford twice and still not fixed I have located it to be coming from a nut and bolt that is underneath the glovebox near wear the carpet ends in the footwell. I've tightend but still rattles just at a different tone. Any ideas on fixing this and also what the bit is holding in place. Ford don't want a bar of it at all now. Any help would be appreciated!!
