Just a few quick questions, was about to spend some cash on a cai but after reading a few posts I can see the idea of cutting a hole in the standard box seems more the go. Its free so why the hell waste cash. Just wondering wats the downside? Im assuming u dont get the small power gain u do from a cai? Do u still get a bit of extra sound? I guess I want a cai coz its a cheap n easy diy project but if its a waste of cash I'll leave it

Hey im pretty keen to paint my rims black (stock xr6t 18s) and was just wanting some advice. Do it myself or take it to someone? Im from adelaide if anyone knows a place that does it without needing spare rims to swap onto while its done...anyone whos done it how much work and cost is involved? Were u happy with the results? For the airbox or the hose clamp? The airbox is like a star shaped screw. Get the tool at any shop really?

Hey new to the forum hope im posting in the right spot. Just after some help with replacing my air filter with a k&n panel filter I bought. Problem is the screws on the airbox are different to wat I have seen. How do u get it open im assuming plenty of people have done it. Special tool im guessing? Its an fg mk2 xr6t. Cheers Also these hose clamps I cant undo. Any info on that would awesome
