  1. It takes 5 seconds to open and 5 to close so I can't see a TPS or boost switch being worthwhile.
  2. @Pixy Angel Where are you guys meeting at down south? I might be down that way on Saturday so I could cruise up with you.
  3. Not that I've noticed, it's only been on for a few days though.
  4. Wired this up. Funny as, sets alarms off.
  5. Nice dig kyle. It's probably doable but anchor points across that part of the tub might be an issue. The fuel tank is pretty close up against the steel supports in the tray. Best pic I have showing the fuel tank with the tray off. I'm not to sure on legalities but when I helped a mate add a long range tank to his cruiser the engineer wouldn't allow them to be linked, they had to be switched with separate pumps.
  6. Don't worry about it. You can always turn the key again right haha. Stalls happen with the tuned cars, takes a bit of tuning to sort it out but if it's only a random thing I wouldn't worry about it. Smash boost at the cruise already.
  7. It's switched. The muffler sat just as close when it was bolted up as Nizpro made it. Never had a problem before so it should be fine.
  8. Got the rear of the exhaust re done at Windsor Exhaust Center today. Really happy with how it turned out. Had the 4" cutout valve fitted, just need to get the wiring run for it. I was able to have the Nizpro rear muffler reused so that saved a few $$$, it just took a bit of work to get it tucked up so it can't be seen from the rear. I forgot how quiet these cars can be with a 4", nearly factory quiet, bloody brilliant.
  9. They do but off the shelf is usually cheaper and a decent fit. I found not many shops would touch a falcon with a 4" exhaust without going north of $2500.
  10. Fair call but if your in Sydney it's not gonna help with fitting. It's a good system but the v band clamps aren't great by any means, I've had to replace them all with cummins v bands since having their system in my ute for 3 years. Add in the potential $$$ for modding it to fit properly and the Tog would still be cheaper than a stainless xforce which is a lot cheaper than the Nizpro system.
  11. You'll get a few food ideas on the cruise. There's a few of us going that should be able to point you in the right direction.
  12. @Jamie_d Go the tog mate is an exact copy of the Nizpro system. Probably comes out of the same factory. There was a guy on here who fitted one to another car and said it was exactly the same. You won't get a stainless 4" cheaper.
  13. This really is gunna be a brand new ute once your done, nice work mate.
  14. Surely an adminhampster could hack his hot water back on.
  15. Hahaha, doesn't it rust the motor out and ruin your oil as well?
  16. @Rab There's also Dark Matter, its up to season 2 now as well.
  17. Does anyone here use markers or paint for the lettering in your tyres? What's best to use? #cosraceyoot
  18. Work van broke down, done the alternator in. Get told to wait for tow truck for 3 or 4 hrs then go home. Pub across the road looks pretty good right now.
  19. To skinny lol, would just stay with what I have or the 18x9/18x10 set I have unless going properly big. Seeing how many mustangs go around the states with big tyres like 345/30/r18 is unreal, would love the tyre sizes and prices available over there.
  20. Nope, just ideas at this stage. Probably won't happen until next year or at least until the box is rebuilt.
  21. Could you run both into the one alloy pipe? I can't see it being a problem, they both vent to the intake if set up as factory, it might make it an easier/neater fit.
  22. New pads and fluid change, gotta love brembo pad changes over stockers. Vacuum pump brake bleeders go alright too.
  23. Nah 9/10 plasterers don't give a fark. Roughest trade going around, lucky to find one that speaks English.
