  1. Noisy + dusty = race car haha. How would those Project Mu HC800's compare to Ferodo DS2500's. The Ferodos are ok but a bit more bite would be nice.
  2. My site toolbox got broken into along with a few other trades on site. Pricks only tool one charger and one battery, dafarq is the point of butchering the lid and locks of a site box to pinch just that.
  3. So has anyone else had a certain unnamed brand of 1500cc injectors decide to leak fuel out the connector socket? Spent a few arvos this week chasing a mad idle issue. Code said it was coil no 2 so I changed all coils and plugs as its just gone 100k km. No luck so I've changed the crank position sensor and again no luck. I let it idle for a while and notice a fair decent amount of fuel coming from the socket of the no 2 injector. Coils were due but FFS injectors should be lasting a lot longer than 13k or so km.
  4. Use photobucket or even use the Tapatalk app it let's you upload unlimited.
  5. 9/10 times the tuner will disable the rear o2 sensor as it will throw codes if you have a high flow cat.
  6. No. Will be looking at those as well this arvo.
  7. I think jets got me on the right path, possibly the crank angle sensor. Seeing as though the harness seems intact I'll be checking that next.
  8. I've got an issue with the ute, drove it on Saturday with no issues then after sitting for maybe 4 hours I started it and its started shaking and idling like its got a huge can. Its thrown code P0352 (dead no2 coil). Changed all coils and plugs this arvo, cleared the codes and the issue is still there. Shaking and idling like a cammed commo, not good. Harness around the rocker looks fine with no damage to it. Anyone had this happen before?
  9. Tapafark did it k31th. Silly bugger, one does not simply sell a turbo ute.
  10. Hey Staino, have you still got the ute?
  11. Thanks for the offer but I'm in Sydney mate, and I'll need fg coils not b series.
  12. So does anyone know where to get some ignition coils on a Sunday? Otherwise its ford tomorrow.
  13. Easiest way is as caltracs are setup. Could go over or under just depends on how you want it setup. I think the main issue you'll have is the front bush wearing out quickly due to the extra stress put on it, there's a reason caltracs come with a solid alloy front bush.
  14. Camos pic doesn't work for me. Here's a pic They sit next to the leaf. You'll see that the front bushes are wider than the leaf, this is where these caltrac brackets sit. Pretty sure mals kit also provides a narrower front eye bush to allow a similar fit.
  15. Fair enough. Either way if its a nolethane or a stock one keep in mind if you plan on fitting plates along side the front eye like a caltrac of mals kit you'll need to fit a narrower bush.
  16. If you haven't fitted a solid front eye bush in the leaf spring yet you'd want to whilst doing a tramp rod kit. The force put on the front Bush from the axle rotating upward will kill a poly bush pretty quick if you drive it hard.
