The flapper could be jamming halfway open, maybe only once the housing gets hot.

Koya have a decent selection in their semi forged line up. Designs are pretty much just copies of other well known brands but are well priced, have decent widths, custom offsets and have decent weight ratings.

Doesn't matter how much you spend, you can't get a more positive feeling than the caltracs, you can feel them pushing the axle down when you get on the power.

Its also plenty over what a tr6060 or even a t56 magnum is rated for. As long as you don't drive like a bellend it will be fine. I'd go the tr6060 if it isn't going to cost you too much.

All this secret squirrel stuff haha Plenty of pics of mal woods kit, plenty of pics of the performance suspension 5 link and McDonald bros 5 link, even a heap of pics of caltracs. Have seen one "copy" set of the mal wood style kit so far, don't see how a few pics will start people copying it, just doesn't seem to happen.

Found a good towing mob in Sydney that has no probs with lowered cars, had a good 60mm clearance for the front bumper and the ute is pretty low ATM. Liverpool Towing, 0404 870 423

Use a ring spaner k31th, won't have that problem then. You might be lucky if you file the edges flat otherwise its vise grip time.

That's a bloody long extension hey, ended up using a ratchet spanned cos chit was in the way. Any ideas why the bitch won't take a tune? Pm if you want.

Doesn't require the box to be removed. 10-20 minute job at the most. Maybe ebay might be worth checking for parts and fit yourself, its an easy job. Here ya go. Ebay item no. 301677440576
