    Thinking I might go 9". Will see if I can throw in a wrecker diff for a month or so until can get some $$$ for a proper setup.

    Put the short shifter in the ute yesterday then go for a spin. Smash boost, slow down coming to a corner and clunk from the brand new second hand diff then no speedo/abs & traction. Something's come loose in it and the abs ring had fouled on the abs sensor. Put it all back together to get into the garage and I sounds like one or more of the flywheel bolts has come lose or sheared. Time to pull it apart again to get the crank doweled and diff rebuilt. Good thing the tax return is coming soon.

    Got the core shifter kit fitted up yesterday arvo. Heaps better than the stock shifter and don't really notice any more noise over the stock shifter setup.

    Also a no for black rims on a black car, been there done that. They'll look smaller than they are.

    Shifter kit arrived from core shifters yesterday. It comes with the same stick as what Marco ordered which is a bit different to the advertised picture on their site. Should get a chance to fit it up on Sunday.

    Shockworks are super comfy Matty. Worth it the way they work, would be surprisingly close to g6 comfort I reckon. Surprised they don't offer a stiffer spring as a sport option to be honest.

    Aren't the calipers for the 325mm setup supposed to be more rigid than the 322mm setup?

    Pretty hard to find much on pricing but is definitely a lot cheaper than the ppg sequential setup.

    Anyone thrown a set of face plated gears in the t56 or tr6060? Looks interesting for cars that aren't daily driven. Especially with one of those s1 sequential shifters.

    Who from? Just your typical short shifter or something a bit fancier?

    The 42 mm is an average radiator, has the wrong condenser mounts and mine started leaking within a year Their 32mm rad uses the same end tanks as the OEM rad and fist up easily.

    Well tax time is coming haha. Not likely for a good while yet, will have to get a 9" diff sorted before that or at least a decent rebuild. Can't see the m86 holding up too long with the 355s.
