  1. Never worked in mine. Couldn't get any help with it from them either.
  2. Interesting how people say they're good with their support. Tried ringing them last week and had no word of an update for them. Seems they're Facebook only. Had no issues besides the dual zone AC not operating as dual zone. For some reason the passenger temp buttons are the fan control buttons.
  3. Might be worth pointing out there's a thread over on afford about the Kayhan kits. Seems pretty much the same but one fella had good success with an aftermarket Sony mic that he fitted in the factory mic location. Supposedly only a $15 part so I'll be having a look on eBay.
  4. Turbo ute with option 5 and magnum is best work ute. Economy is kinda sh*t but that easy overtaking and big cam sound make it so worth it. Also fuel card hahaha
  5. That looks like a factory intake snorkel lol, not some fancy OTR intake.
  6. Dropped the sh*tty work ute off for the last time. Driving the xr for work for the next two weeks and then the new kitted out work utes will be ready. Ended up being a perfect opportunity to run in the new clutch and box, staying at the same site ATM so no loading up the ute at all.
  7. Oh really, go on lol. He seemed decent when I spoke to him, pretty staunch about his gear and I think rightly so, it's very good kit. Probably comes from years of dealing with knob ends though, can imagine how many people try and haggle his prices seeing how cheap a lot of other brands are.
  8. Depends how you've driven it. If you've been daily driving a ceramic plate clutch and slipping it a fair bit it probably is shagged. Helps to get a clutch designed for the kind of driving you do. Race style clutches won't last too long in street conditions.
  9. On the passenger side that's the AC fresh air inlet.
  10. T56 magnum and option 5 (organic and ceramic twin plate) I <3 Bananasing amazing. Don't bother with this stock box garbage. Magnum cos size matters
  11. Flywheel arrived. Drilled it to suit the atomic dowels. Slapping it in this arvo. Just as the rain starts, lovely.
  12. Just unlucky. sh*t happens sometimes. Seems like it's the first SFI bell housing he's sent out in yonks so he missed the clearance part first time around. Can't argue, getting parts eventually, have work car so it's not too bad. Still a nice bit of gear, looks like it'll be a great driver.
  13. Should have been here. No tracking so just hopefully it arrives tomorrow.
  14. Flywheel still ain't here. Not cool man.
  15. Nah got paid, but ain't worth putting the effort in knowing the builders already. Same sh*t different sites.
  16. I actually get this mentality now. Go out of my way for years to get sh*t done right with no appreciation for saving a builders arse or keeping the site mech engineer happy. Yer nar, I <3 Bananas em. Give me sh*t plans get a sh*t job. Not my problem cos it's all in my or my employers contract to specifically follow their engineers plans. Cannot wait for the current site to finish up kid year, they'll be so confused why a 600k AC system doesn't work correctly. Why the entry doors bump the cabinetry, why their downlights are touching their AC grills. Oh this jobs gonna be hilarious when it's done hahahahaha
  17. Don't they'll look chit. Been there done that. Do this Cost a fair bit. All steel bonnet from Savage fibreglass in Bargo.
  18. Didn't farking show up. Better be tomorrow, gonna drive me mad.
  19. Fingers crossed the flywheel shows up today. I need a boost fix badly.
  20. I reckon they make a massive difference. Not only to the running conditions for the car but it has to help the longevity of the engine bay components, hoses and harnesses etc.
  21. Depends where you put it. Avoid the AC inlet and you'll be ok. Too much effort and space to make a decent flowing plumbed back setup in my opinion.
  22. Weld fittings on the rocker cover and use at least -10 lines to a can. Either vent it or plumb it back to a decent sized port with a check valve so it closes on boost. If you CBF getting the cover welded you can get drop in adapter's to run AN lines from the rocker cover from speedflow or aeroflow, one of them from memory.
