True, but considering a set of tyres only lasts 3-5k km I've definately gotta look at something cheaper.

Put some KMs on it, pretty sweet clutch. Was thinking time to throw it on the dyno again but regos coming up and it's time for tyres. I'm over paying big for silly 335 rears as daily's so I'm keen on getting a set of Koya sf01, 18x10 fronts and 18x11 rears. Probably a stupid colour because they have a heap available. And the good bit is I'll be running affordable atr sport 2s 265/35r18 and 305/30r18 All 4 tyres for just over the normal retail of one of the Pirelli 335s lol.

It's a bit of dirt freaky, it'll live lol. I'd be keen to throw my ute around like that, throw some taller shocks in the back and raise the front coil overs. Would be fun and funny as.

It's dead, stripped a few teeth of the gears internally. Jammed it shut with a tek screw, shall swing by rocket to pickup another one arvo this week.

Bloody noise valve motor linkage/gears in the exhaust seem to be broken. Smacked it with a shifter at smoko but it didn't help. Gonna pull it out this arvo, can't see the neighbours liking it if it stays open when I leave at 5am tomorrow lol.

I envy that economy, good thing company cars exist lol. Not fussed because mines cammed so it's worth it but I get 600 odd on the highway and as low as 230 on 98.

Strange last job this arvo. Crawl under a house to change a fan cap and find these scattered everywhere. Apparently the previous owner of the house was unique lol Lady reckoned the walls were full of them when they renovated a few years back hahaha [dirty 80's porn pics in the rubble edited out]

The main part involved in changing the oil pump gears is changing the oil pump gears. Can be done in car but you'd need a hoist. Unless you want to wreck yourself. Rad fans out, drive belt off, pulleys and balancer off, rocker cover & timing cover off. Then drop the sump and you should be able to get at it. If you can't we'll you probably couldn't do the above anyway.

Fair enough. Do like the supercar front but clearance is a fair point. XR bar it is.

Want to get a new front bar, drooping front isn't good. So XR bar or supercar front bar. Both cost the same if you factor in new foglights which I need and the supercar bar doesn't use them.
