My ba 2002 turbo is lacking power in 2nd gear onwards its got a weird noise coming from turbo under heavy acceleration could it be my acculator

It sounds normal in first and second then third starts the funny noise ill get a audio clip tomorrow and upload it I haven't been driving it so I don't wreck it anymore

Yeah it only does it in 3 gear 3 half thousand revs onwards gets worse in 5th I took intake pipe off and there was a little drop of oil in turbo, turbo fins look fine. I also noticed I have a hole in manifold.. Does anyone know where I start to look for a fix
