  1. captiva is a crappy sounding name, at least the territory has a name that resembles the car it is, but captiva sounds like a genital desease. Dazza.

but aint no bigger engine gonna fit in the falcon, so force fed is the way to go, I thought the engine tech was going to be borrowed from the s/c mustang 5.4L in the US if it ever got built. Dazza.

    Xbox 360

a worldwide launch for PS3 doesnt include Australia, its japan and north america only in november with europe shortly after, we wont see it till around march 2007. Microsoft did a worldwide launch with the 360 as well, and we are still waiting. The PS3 also has a build price of over US$600, I dont think they can sustain a loss per console of US$200+ without charging a big price for the games, ther 3rd party 360 games are anywhere from $109-$129 each and microsoft are only seeing a loss of US$125 per console at the moment, factor in the higher media costs of blueray and the extra development time and money needed to program for the PS3 with its fancy but hard to use new processor and games are going to cost upwards of $150 each. Reports are also circulating that the PS3 wont ship with the 60gb HDD that's required to play games, so if you dont buy it at the time you get your console at a huge premium (close to $200 if you use the 360's HDD as a guide) then you cant play your new games on it, only your old ps2/ps1 games, so the PS3 isnt going to be cheap. Dazza.

youll be waiting longer than 3 months, they arent the last players in the next gen of consoles, so the price drop wont come till 2007 when either the ps3 or revolution are released here. Untill then dont expect the price to drop any more than $50, if that. Dazza.

yeah a little shocking they picked kaspa over bracken, even though the aussies got smashed in the last game, he did get his best figures. Katich is a much better batsmen than martyn, he hasnt done sh*t since his 96 in the 20/20 game. Bichels test days are over. Dazza.
  11. Already have the exhaust, I snared an APS system for cheap off an unfortunate forum member. So it looks like 5k will be enough. Dazza.
  12. But wouldnt the air be denser with moisture and not oxygen, which is why it has a negative effect. Dazza. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Moisture(water) is mostly made up of oxygen. In fact water has a higher proportion of oxygen than air does. But in any event that doesn't matter because oxygen doesn't burn. Hydrogen does though and very nicely thank you. This is why modern technology is leaning towards hydrogen propulsion - using water as the source of the hydrogen. PS Turbo cars have been using water injection for decades in order to lower combustion temps and therefore benefit from a more dense charge and higher boost. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Fair enough, I was just trying to understand better, I am what can be called scientifically handicapped. dazza.

  25. They would be more inclined to just re issue the ticket, I tried that where they got my name wrong, the colour of my car wrong, and it was described as a sedan when it was infact a hatch, all they did was write another ticket and told me to pay it. Dazza.
