I drive a march build auto, and I think the exhaust note is great. It is bloody loud when pulling high revs but it sound tops.

The heading says it all. Can someone help me out.

I havnt yet had a commie driver want a go, not that I would at the moment. But I have had a laser sr2 and a te gemini rev there engines next to me at the lights. Why bother?

a few people on this forum have got the value pack with there xr6's, I think it is pretty much upto the dealers dircression. Good luck trying to spend $1500 though, unless you buy the momo stuff or have an xt.

I have the headlights on feature on installed and the lights come on during the day (obviously) leaving the icc display (also premium sound) at its brightest. At night you still have to turn the headlights on at the stalk in order for the dash lights to come on also, which then turn the brightness of the icc down to night mode I suppose you could call it. It would fix your problem but it does cost $115 to have this feature, I was lucky enough to get it for free or I wouldnt have bothered with it.

the time frame is definatley not quick. I ordered mine start of january and picked up on 23rd of April, not that much difference.

I have nearly finished my first tank of petrol, (it was full out the dealership!!!) and I am only going to get 380km out of it, I do have to drive up a mountain everyday on my way to work. I suppose this and the gact it has less than 500km on it would contribute to that.

scooter, They are just a brake dust shield to help stop the alloys going black.

it is diferent with cars that have premium sound (not sure about standard stero systems) that you cant just stick the cd into the slot and in she goes, you have to press the load button then wait for what seems like an hour, for a beep then load the cd, then go through the process again another five times.

That is lame since most roadside assist programs use the local RACQ, RACV, or equivelant to your state anyway.

considering the xr6 and gt are the same model the wing will definatley go on. I think it would cost a bit more than $800 though.

picked my T with premium sound up on wednesday the 23rd, it was built around the 28th of may.

With spending so much on the car the 5th wheel should be part of the deal, especially since its the sports model and sex appeal is everything, who wants to see an xr6 with only 3 mags and a unsightly steely. I got a 5th alloy when I bought a new nissan. It is cheap.

Picked up the silhouette T today with 18's and tint. Pics will follow as soon as the weather gets better and I can get a photo of it clean. Anyway... Drove it 900m down the road from the dealers and everything shut down, tried starting her up again but it didnt want a bar of it. Called the dealer back and they sent down 2 mechanics that said the battery was flat. Took the alternator out and changed it as the battery was receiving no charge. Halfway through doing that they realised the radiator was leaking so they replaced that too. Still didnt fix the problem. After some serious head scratching they realised that a wire coming from the alternator was detached (fault from the factory) and that it wasnt earthed properly either. (the factories fault again) Lets not forget that the factory also built and delivered my car as an auto instead of a manual. Just wondering if anyone that works at the factory knows what they are doing, do they even know that they build cars there. To cut an already long story short, the car is now running awesomely and I couldnt be happier. The black colour looks awesome especially with the 18's and tint.
