    that's awesome bro makes it all worth wide in the end.......well done!! On other news Just been asked again to be main photographer for 4 rounds of local surf life saving carnival this season. Last year the main sponsor used my photo's for their web page. The only down side to it was I never got any money. Im due for new gear but cant afford it ATM just might have to charge this season.

    To late......... changing colour to Iron Stone same colour as our roof and fascia. I also used that colour in the pool area looks great but wanted a different shade of grey on the front of the house. Didn't Work and it's embarrassing.

    Great transformation fluffy and nice work Az We going for the same decor scheme in our new place. We have a paint issues atm the colour we picked over a year ago isn't what we think......looks sh*t house. meant to be a grey but looks purple...hate it. Can't do anything now until we get the keys. Move in day paint

    There is just no respect these days. I would of though that my builder or supervisor would know better....guess not. Anyway supervisor is a complete d1ckhead and wont say or come near me after the ktichen/plumbing stuff up.............LOL. Like today the timber floor bloke was there had to resand the top step. He put a sign up and when we went back up this arvo there was foot prints on it..wet floor/step. EDIT - Thank Fluffy next the polished concert both up stairs and the garage

    No there isn't, not sure when it was taken away. Maybe builder trying to save on money by getting rid of it. No shoes off. The only person I have seen take shoes off is the timber floor person. He knows best. I hope the floor is covered with foot prints so I can again give the builder a what for. Again tradies not giving a fark.

    My kids are old enough now so should be fine. Tradies what I have got out of this build is that most of them don't give a flying fark about other tradies work, complete cops. Took wife up this arvo for a look around and show her the god for ugly colour paint on the front of the house and noticed that the tradies using the toilet. Leaving behind skids

    Busy day today Painter, Security, A/C and Timber floors again. Security will need to come back once internet is on. A/C not finished still have second unit to go in. Painting should be all done Friday if not Saturday Timber Floor complete. Some pics. custom wardrobes and linen Timber Floor Security - a little busy

    I totally agree and that what I though the finish would be but again im sure it would cost more money I'll tell him on firday that it looks sh*t house and not how you finish off and do it again. EDIT - its the same in the neish square edge

    Good idea I'll do that when we move in No it's flush. I'll take heaps more pics on friday. I think the edge of the bath is square because the tile was coloured all the way through. LOL the 10mm gap on the vanity is because the builder wont or cant get custom made it's bought from the catalogues This is no the original vanity because the farked up the measurements It was meant to be 1800 it's now 1780. Again another dumbass move.

    Well though I'll give you a run down you'll laugh at this. Well my builder has just confirmed this week how farking dumb he really is About 2 weeks ago electrical was done and one of my outdoor LED security floor light were staying on (just 1), why dont no but im sure it's an easy fix. I had turned the circuit off from at the mains and mid week someone turned it back on. So last Thursday I emailed my builder to fix the problem before my neighbour starts getting the sh1ts. Now it get dumb. On the Friday I went up around 7:30pm and found that there fix job was by wrapping the light up in a black plastic bag......WTF!! Not even my kids would do that. I texted the builder with photo to get up there ASAP before you burn the house down. NOPE!! My text wasnt very nice but straight to the point. Light was taken down lunch time on Saturday. I'm guessing he didn't like that so yesterday we get an email from the builder about our boundary fence with the next door neighbour. Months ago it started to fall due to over excavation. Short story he goes on about the neighbour has concern it might fall and his dog might get out. It didnt add up so I went up and spoke too my neighbour and they said they never had recently but did when it first happened. Though so. Now for the funny thing my neighbour tells me that there dog has past away about 2 weeks ago..........LMFAO!! This Friday we have a walk through I'll put my dumbass farking builder on the spot. Also spoke to a good friend this morning who has had dealings with my building company and said that they will not sell them any products because they dont pay there bills and some other more serious stuff. My firend said that all local companies are doing the same and that they are going under......LOL. Karma always will come back and get you. Photo of light wrapped in plastic.
