Front page is the certifiers final occupation certificate #2 - "I have taken into consideration the health and safety of the occupants of the build"..............You have! We had to make final payment before they handed over the keys. That is fine because it's my house now and I no longer have to be nice them. Bring it!!

I have an independent inspections guy coming out this week and just might call local council, maybe even the builders association.

Well builder tried his BS today when he came back to fix the neighbours and mine fence he farked up. I though whilst he is he I asked him about the front steps and when is putting in the hand rail. He said his not. Ok then I asked so what is the height allowed. Builder says 1m. I know it's more I measured awhile ago. So I made a point whilst he was standing out the front to measured it again but took photo's this time. I walked inside and though fark it not you place anymore mate. I called out to the builder, he looked at me and walked to his truck ignoring me. Right so I shouted out it's over a 1m fall mate and walked inside. It's game on now farkhead. Funny thing happened within the hour his wife send us this BS email about a hand rail is not in your contract and will wont be putting one up. Then got a very firm reply with photo's. Photo's From the top of the garden bed (brick) to the top porch is 1155mm As it is now with nothing in it is 1935mm Gap is 435mm

I sure do I ended up taking 1111 photo's today being the final round. This included the presentation photo's. All my photo's are action shot's.

9.5hrs on the beach today and another 4-5hrs tomorrow. YA!! not bring on christmas, need a break

Morning people Busy day yesterdays had security company here all day setting up the home alarm and CCTV. Home alarm needs some final touches to send SMS notification to my phone. Happy we're in now. Kids are happier also and hardly see them when they a a free afternoon, out on their bikes with follow school kids in the street. I have found a second home, called Bunnings. I'm there at least 3 times a week. Next and I'm hoping to get done before Christmas is the front lawns and garden. Fingers crossed So many things I want done now but need to save up for plus time not enough free time to get things done.

2 week since we've moved in, slowly getting there and still unpacking boxes. Entry area up to main living space, down to the garage Kitchen with new dining table Lounge room with sound bar @k31th Me Media room. For now son's xbox room.
