    Sounds dodgy mate. The current owner must have his "patio" council approved before selling. It's like like pools they must meet code and council approved before selling. This goes for anything added to the house. Like some have said take heaps off the asking price........HEAPS!! or they have to get the house council approved. Good luck mate keep us posted.

    Looks great Wilko. Just in time for those hot Melbourne days. This morning I finally got my gate installed both side. One side meets and comply with pool regulations, has pool lock and opens outwards. They where meant to be done before Christmas but the wait is worth it because his my fence guy.

    I have no idea whats happened here but there is NO way in hell I'd let my 4-5-6 any age girl or boy use the toilet without me or mum. I use the disable toilets for that very reason. It doesn't matter if you're a male or a female I dont trust any MOFO to many weirdo's out there EDIT - it's worst for a young girl to walk into a male toilet than a boy to walk into a female toilet. It's just the way society is.

    I went in the day after boxing day seeing this to get a clay bar kit and the lady said sale is only for oils, filters mostly engine stuff. I'm sure it would fall under Car Care Accessories. Just found the receipt should take it back.
