I'm 100% sure the Tradie wasn't happy with the builder as I've heard many other tradie talking bad about them. #2 I wouldn't put it pass the builder putting the sh1t down there himself because, YES he is a farkwit and a very bitter man. Yes not the smartest tool either.

@arronm More like DUMBER & DUMBER Well today the farkwits came and did a check on our maintenance list. Only because I sent them the photos of the water leak in the garage otherwise who knows when they would have came out. One was the laundry drain kept over flowing and flooded the floor when we used the sink. They asked us what we did for this happened. Told them from time to time we have to soak some cloths. They opened the drain and pulled out a heap of sh1t that tradies put down the drain. Who the fark does that. The dark grey stuff is Tile grout.

@masda74 thanks mate. This morning I have sent a complaint to the Builders Professional Board. We have a good friend who is a lawyer will be speaking to her this arvo for advice and who she would recommended. The builder and his side kick was here going through our list of fixes and just left. So two faced it's sooooo funny, nice as pie. Before they knocked they where checking out the safety issues with the front steps, they know. I watch them on the cameras again very funny. They inspected the water leak and said they get someone out to add flashing along the whole wall...........GOOD!! Should have been done in the first place. Lazy MOFO's. Agree need a very big break from everything and think this year will be better, has to the last 2 years have been sh1t. Im also trying to start my own business this year. Ive registered business name and got ABN, so that's a start. These photos are of the same area and they know they have to cut them down below the house line so I'm able to concrete over at a later date.

We haven't had much rain since moving in and last night it was very heavy. Regardless of how much rain it should not leak. Photos below show the poor workmanship finishing off.

The water is coming through the wall. They used a product call DINCELwhich is meant do be water proof. I know why it's leaked. The dumbasses never finished the wall off properly and the top is not capped and left exposed. So the wall has filled with water then spilled into the garage. All the timber frame inside the garage will be soaked. Would this need replacing now? Timber rot.

It just keeps getting better whole garage is leaking because the MOFO's didn't finish off the dincel wall properly. Just sent them video and photos and will send more just to wake them up. A few photos but its 10x worst now as the water is coming to the other side of the garage.

Last week I check Sat Nav in preparation for my trip up north. Sat Nav didn't work..........FFS! I though great back to Ford who's going to charge a sh1t load. Found about thread and did what @LanceG said in his post #9 and fark me.........IT WORKS!! YA!! Happy camper.

I know where your coming from it's hard to pick a nice set of rims to match the colour. I have the same car. Been looking for ages and the only wheels I think that would look any good is the FG GT 5th Anniversary or the new FGX sprint which are the same wheel but in gloss black. Aftermarket there is soooo much out there and had to come across something that will look the goods.

All done gave it a full detail today after over 2 years without a home. Clay Bar, machine polished, followed by sealant and finished off with a wax. As requested by @k31th here are some pics brother

started this about 1.5hrs ago giving the car it's first full detail in over 2 years. Now it has a home to live in it should stay looking nice for longer.
