I have not report it to the HIA but will now I have report it the professional builders board, havent heard anything since FEB. Spoke wit Lawyer this arvo we need to obtain liability report to determine whether it is a building integrity issue or landscaping issue. It's now in there hands the inspector should be out next week sometime.

House does not meet building code and they and there certifier are fully aware of this and both refuse to do anything about it. Alfresco is just over 1100mm Front Steps are 440mm from garage wall with a almost 2000mm drop. NO balusters baluster.

Hi Fluffy thanks for the reply. 1 - On site everyday because kids school is around the corner so I jumped by. Most on the time I was only at the gate watching and a lot of the time no one onsite. 2 - Question I asked was because I was interested on how things work and whats the process. 95% of the time the question were is tradies. I looked after all the tradies that came onsite feeding them (fish & chips and subway sometimes) and through summer bring them drinks and ice blocks. I agree cant see how they can call them selves builders when they don't, project manager is spot on. We have everything in emails and well before the major issues started and the safety issues. Ill keep you posted. I believe in krama and I sure it will get back to them.

Howdy Azz. Before you picked this company we meet about 6 local builder and they seem pretty good and easy to talk to. They had a show home 1 that we went through and the build quality look excellent but then again its their show home and you would want the best if people are going to pick you. They said they custom build to any block. After about 2 weeks and talking to the wife we both seemed happy with them so we arranged another meeting and went with the. It took awhile to get started but started no Monday 2nd NOV 2015. I was onsite everyday and I start to notice stuff and when questioned they got the sh1ts or blamed it on the tradies. All the work was sub contracted out the owner did nothing even the so called supervisor. Trying to keep the peace with everyone and wanting a house for the family after living with the mother in-law for so long all we want was a house to call our own. We had inspection done throughout the builder and some things picked up on and had to fix. Again they did not like this and was the first time a client got a inspection done through the building process. Good its my house and im allowed. Now they can get farked because its my way. Looking forward to speaking to our lawyer today.

Major and safety issues NO. They sent around the carpenters to adjust some doors a plaster to fix cracks but nothing else.

I would shame them on social media but will wait till a speak with lawyer. This is the final straw. Been trying to keep the peace with everyone mostly the wife but dont care anymore.

For Sale one house only 4 months old custom built (piece of sh1t) home. Kitchen leaks and so does the garage. House does not meet building code and has many safety issues. Have contacted a lawyer and will ring up tomorrow. Do not want to live in the rubbish house. I left a real aggressive message on his phone telling them to get out here and fix your piece of hs1t house NOW. Left a few text message with photos also contact through facebook all with no reply. sure was. I did lose my gazebo because of high winds that rolled in last monday arvo. The surf was excellent bloody huge. Not a care in the world. No internet No emails It was awesome.
