Nah mate still waiting for law firm and another inspection. Might need to chase things up next week, it's been awhile. Just filled out a Complaint Statutory Declaration form to The Building Professionals Board because their certifier will not anything also even when they sent a worker out in mid DEC and he himself said this should not have been passed. I've sent email to see what is happening and only got phone call back in mid JAN that he'll get this sorted.......still wait and have sent another email since then, NO reply. Oh well done my bit. Next HIA but will speak to lawyer first.

We got roller blinds but not on all the windows plus some of the windows are to wide and dont come in that size. Check out Bunnings mate we got all of ours from there and are dirt cheap.

Easy bro. For the Seat: 1 - but seat into you preferred position. 2 - Press and hold button 1. It will make a noise when programed For the Mirror: 1 - follow the same procedure as above for mirror but press and hold the mirror button. 2 - the mirror setting is for passenger mirror only and is for when reversing so you dont hit the curb. When you place gear into reverse the mirror will go into your set position. This maybe already set, please check.

watching even in my area jump onto the NBN bandwagon to only get the worst speeds..............most only getting 0.02mbps I'm in no rush and still on ADSL2+ and get 24.5mbps. Funny as!! I wait it out.

Many of us know what your going through because we always put everyone else first and never give ourselves even an 30min to do things we need to feel good. Sleep dont get me started on that...........I hate people that say "I'm so tired" FARK OFF!! you have no idea what tired is when you've gone days without sleep. I used to give my 2 teething tablets, worked great and when I had a drink (bourbon) I sometimes used to rub it on their gums. They loved it........oops! WOW some excellent news all round. Congrats Stripes on the new house mate enjoy and may there be lot of good times. Fluffy love it both look great but my fav is the right side. With the double vanities in both bath rooms and not once they are used at the same time. Only thing I would make sure is A/C. If running ducted just make sure they adjust the frame to allow room to duct the up stairs. Fingers crossed all goes well. Rednose the paving looks good mate nice colour also. Bring on next summer

Thanks mate I've now passed it over to the lawyers I wont have anything to do with them anymore and they are not welcome here every again. All work can be done by someone else and they can pay for it. Over them Spoke with my next door neighbour yesterday who is in the construction game and he said he spoke to the builder when the garage slab was getting done and told him its wrong because they did but a step in the slab and did not water proof behind the dincel wall............LOL love it.
