1. sorry about that, never clean out my inbox, you should be able to PM
2. I bet its Intune? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I had my car dynoed at my new Tuner, it measured 250RWKW, the original tune was done at intune 1 year ago and intune said I had 266RWKW, my new tuner was not impressed with the tune, boost comes on too strong and the A/F are not the best, he said it was lean. I have since fitted and intercooler and hi-flow CAT and waiting for a time to get it on the dyno as he is booked out, so till then I’m driving it easy. My best time on Gtech was 13.3 with my 250/266RWKW. I'm not sure if Intune has improved in a year but im not going back. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Its proabably the IC and CAT you have fitted since your first tune that is making your car lean out, so maybe not the tuners fault to begin with. Dazza. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> this was the run before anything was fitted or touched as I wanted a starting point to measure the gains from.
3. My new Tuner is Jim at TuneHouse www.tunehouse.com.au, they have worked on my bosses white XR6, that’s how I was introduced to him, he is a true perfectionist

5. I have an EDIT tune will get a retune cause of the new parts; I was just saying EDIT+XEDE would give a tuner more finer control while the car is on the Dyno. This was the opinion of the dyno operator; these are his tools which make his job of giving us the best results easier. The reason I guess is the amount of time needed to develop a good EDIT map, if you are doing 5 XR6T a week with similar stages of mods then you can invest a lot of money and time getting the tunes right, when it’s a one off custom job then I guess its easier for them to use a XEDE or similar, as they need to invest time to get it right with EDIT,
6. Hey Chooper, it was 250RWKW before we put on the CAT or Intercooler. I will take it back soon for another run and retune. The tuner is TuneHouse in Marrickville. It felt a bit stronger, will take it eay as it has not be retuned yet.
7. Over the last few days I have had my car in for work, I have had the 15k Service, full service on the Auto, Diff service drain and refill, Hi-flow 3.5 inch MetalCAT fitted (supplied by me) and Wog Intercooler fitted (supplied by me) . I also got my suspension retorque, throttle body cleaned and a Dyno run, all for under $1000 which is quite good. I have a week off as I start a new job next week. What was interesting was my before dyno run, 250RWKW compared to 266RWKW which I had 12 months ago, the one today was a hub dyno and different tuner. Also looking at my power curve and A/F the tuner pointed out a few issues that will need to be addressed. I have been recommended this tuner by my new employer who I will start work for next week, he also owns a highly modded XR6T and runs a Haltech with EDIT. It is quite good that we have this common interest, he is not on the forums much but does occasionally have a read. One thing I did get from there experience is the limits of the EDIT and benefits of a Xede/Haltech unit combined with EDIT. I have not had a chance to run the car on the Dyno after the parts as I needed it back for tomorrow but it will be driven easy until I can get it booked in again. I’m also thinking of combing a Haltech with EDIT to allow more fine/real time tuning as I compared my dyno reading with another XR6 making 240RWKW on 7psi compared to my 10psi with safe A/F and more power in the bottom end, I believe that it is the tuner who can make your car run well regardless if its EDIT or PIGGYBACK, so I will be taking it back for a tune on the EDIT and maybe throwing on a Haltech to make the finer adjustments.
8. my luck, I most likely got ripped, so shop around, I was in there geting something else and asked about it, and then ended up getting it.
9. I was able to pick up the CAI from ford spares, it cost me $98 and is the one used on the phoon. I cut out the hole and fitted it in, no VIN was required.
10.
I had my Cat installed today along with an F6 airbox and then a retune. I gained abour 25kw's at the wheels to take me to 283rwkw's.  Car sounds great and drives even better. Power delivery is a lot smoother than before. less violent ( if that makes sence ) The car just hooks up and goes. Im wrapped. $400 in parts plus a tune for those gains is great value. Hope the rest of you guys are just as happy. [post="352690"][/post]
Nice result, i just need to book mine in and also get the intercooler fitted, how much boost are you running ? is it the same boost more power or more boost to get the extra 25KW
11. I got mine has everyone got theres ? for those that paid GST can u send me ur bank details and i will return the difference

17. email from PSI Fred Bad news, spoke to Aussie post and they can NOT offer a 'signature' ie registered on overnight parcels. We have to wait for TNT
18.
Thats fine mate Any word if they can combine shipping for the cats coming to Perth? [post="345688"][/post]
Waiting on a call back this afternoon to confirm how much we still owe them as i only transferred across 2k, i will ask about the combined cost for 2 to perth as well
19.

I still think that the improvement in flow will have an effect. Mine won't be going on until the car is ready to have everything installed at once and a retune. [post="345760"][/post]
Good to see someone who gives his car the respect it deserves…The only way to go when your playing with a $60k car [post="345771"][/post]
Same, i have the DW intercooler and a retune with service all happening at the same time, i hope to get close to 290RWKW.
20. Fred We cant ship today as the pre paid satchels are 2-3 days wait. If we used normal TNT some of the costs are up to $62 expecially to WA. The Brisbane users can pick them up so they can showcase its all ok
21. Hi All i have a email about the CATS To get the freight costs to the amount quoted we have to use prepaid bags which is a 2-3 day turnaround . We will NOT ship Aussie Post as one can receive the goods and claim they have not. If any member has a freight account and requires the item ASAP , they can quote the number and we will call it in. Apologies for this but we need to ensure it all goes smoothly Greg PSI PRODUCTS

23. so far i have 9 paid for orders which was good, and mine make 10, still waiting to see if M6 XR6T still needs 2 to go with the 2 heading to perth, i think this will be my last group buy, too much effort :) i hope we all make some good power with these. Fred
24. Hi All I could only transfer $2000 today as that is my limit, but this should not hold up delivery, which I expect to be Thursday Friday. I will be calling Greg tomorrow morning to confirm the addresses and delivery and how much I still owe, spoke to him after i EFT the money and he said we will work out what is still owed and then i can just EFT it and send him the receipt. Fred
