I have just snapped my Bonnet Leaver, the plastic assembly just broke. What is the cost to replace this?

I had this issue a few years back, you need to take it to ford to be fixed, its a big job as they need to pull out the dash and replace the control arm. I was charged $600.

I have just over 270RWKW and have been on this for over 3 years and a bit bored of it. I will be getting my Injectors replaced and re tune, so hopefully I will pick up some more power. Im not fussed if I get over 300 as Iis a daily driver and have already lost my license over the years with just 270RWKW

get a set of 968 from Ebay, new for $320 and you will be able to make more power.

In 40 degree weather, the car does get a lot of heat soak. But I don't thrash the car on hot days. I have had mine for a few years and with a custom 10psi tune and injectors its a ok intercooler. It you want to make over 300RWKW constant then you will need a better one. For $100 I would put it in as its better then Stock.

I have done over 50k on my current tune and no issues with the Box, you will need a Trans Cooler and a Good tune, plus regular auto service. If your going to drive it like you stole it then it will not last more then a few months.

I had the same issue. Got the mixer shaft replaced. Total cost $580.
