Ive got a 4 month old CAPA Edit. It has been custom tuned by Dynowog. 4 Sp Auto BA MK11 Ute (not sure if ute makes a difference. Can this be used on any other cars? These figures below are pretty close from memory, I will have to check dyno sheets for exact. Tune1 - Normal Unleaded 265RWKW Tune2 - Premium Only 282RWKW (one I use daily) Tune3 - Needs Race Additive 297RWKW I know that dynos differ. My car started with 203RWKW on the very same Dyno on the same day. Whats this worth to someone? Im selling the car soon and will probably strip it back. PS I dont like the scheme of the new forum much. TOO confusement!!

Hi Guys, Thinking of selling my XR6t. I need more than 2 seats hehe. Its 2 years old in april. So its an 05. Been fully detailed once a year. Cut and Polish and interior done. Garaged. Mint Condition. Factory Warranty Applies. Full,y serviced at Etheridge ford. XR6t Lightning Strike Auto 45000k only city and freeway driving. Barely used the tray. Lots of extras Custom Leather seats Sunroof 18" ford rims FPV steering wheel Hard Top Spoiler Continental Contisport 2 tyres (265 rears 245 fronts) Tint Xr Mats Scuff PLates Lowered on Kings FPV Pod with Boost and Pressure Autometer Gauges Alpine Amplifier with High End Focal Splits and 6x9 MTX amplifier with custom sub box behind seats (Soundstream 10" sub) Ford Auxillary input Stereo was worth 2g Capa Edit by the Wog 280+ RWKW Wog Intercooler F6 Air Intake Wog BOV (atmo and plumbed back) I should be able to get 30K for a stock one. What are the mods worth? Anyone interested

Hi Guys, Just got back from my 45KM service. (tyres and brakes gone haha) and Im being told I have to go back for my Head Gasket to be machined/replaced. Apparently its leaking. What causes this? Also, what have people paid for their 45k service. I paid 420. Seems high but unsure

I think the real question should be: Who is under 25 owning a XRT & still lives at home & doesnt have a girlfriend?? Trust me you will the answer ← that's not very fair. Im 24, have my own house that I live in, Manage a retail chain, own an XR6T ute as per sig below and have a great girlfriend. Some of us just try to get ahead in life. BTW I pay 1650 with shannons. Was paying 1100 but RACV wouldnt allow my mods.

ahh ok thanks. I can get a helmet. Clogz is coming in my car and will use my pit crew ticket. Do I need to register early or are we doing it on the night? Where are we meeting

Thanks for the input guys. No matter what people say about dynos, the proof is in the 75+ KW gain from the tune and mods. No injectors or valvspring upgrades. The car is awesome to drive. Took down my mates R33 GTR V Spec with his High Boost Map. Marcus I will be at the Calder night on the 7th July. See you guys there. Keep Postin AzZa

Does anyone have an instruction manual or a guide on how to remove the rear panelling of a ute to get access to the rear passenger speaker. Its vibrating and I think the screws are loose. I dont want to start pulling it apart and break crap

I have one in my ute. Best thing I have ever bought. Prestige Sunroofs in Melb do a great job and they give free annual servicing. No leaks just a bit of reverberation when it is open fully so I programmed it to open 3/4 of the way.

Hi Guys, AzZaMaTaZ is in with his UTEris!.. I wouldnt mind giving it a run down the strip even though ill be the slowest one there. Can you let me know if that's a possibility. Clogz is coming too but probably in my ute. We probably wont bring 2 T's so book me car in please

blackmans does an awesome job.they are in moorabbin and cranbourne I think. Ring Bevan from freeway ford and say that Aaron and James with their XR's sent you down. Blackmans did a custom job on my car, awesome leather with blue sticthing and xr logo, and they do the door panels and centre console. I own a ute too. I dont know how much it costed as it was when I bought the car. you can go down and meet them and they can show you heaps of options. any colour and design.

Shannons told me they will insure any car, as long as you are a motoring enthusiast. You have to really seem like you want to take care of your car, say you are part of a car club, and actually have some decent stuff on your car rather than GO Fast Bits. They were real interested in my Focal Speakers and Alpine amp, and my custom leather. These things are out of the ordinary. They seem to be really interested in what you do rather than what you drive.

I dont see how that's possible with RACV/ They wouldnt touch anyone especially if you have phase3 as your name inclines. I have been with RACV for 5 Years and even on my old Corolla Sportivo they charged me 1100

Dont forget that im under 25, even though my record is good AAMI wont touch my mods $1300 RACV will but not edit and intercooler and BOV $450 excess (this is who im with now) $1400 Just Cars will but with a ridiculous excess of 2200 $1600 Shannons will do any legal mod and have only a $500 excess I havent been able to find anywhere that will give me insurance for this car under 1g Shannons will also do my house for cheaper and with their agreed value and any mods allowed it seems like a good deal. I was just interested in seeing whether anyone has had bad experiences with them. They seem to be all over TV and the car shows atm

Hey guys, they asked me a lot of questions, and I answered them all truthfully. Like I told them im getting intercooler, edit, bov, cai (all from the wog) in about 2 weeks and they were ok. They did ask if I was ina car club and I said yeah part of the xr6turbo club and they were that's cool. I have all my mods listed in my sig and the upcoming ones with the wog! No one else uses them. My preimium with racv is 1350 and shannons want 1600. Pretty reasonable considering Just cars want 1400 +2300 excess and shannons is only 500 excess. I am rating one and im 24yo

Shannons will insure my xr6t with any mods I want. Premiums are a little high (about 200 dollars more than justcars) but excess is the normal $500 bucks. They seem very good and they do agreed value not market value. Has anyone used them and how do you find them?
