Never had a problem with any of Sonos gear. If you do have any issues the remote / app has a diagnosis process and will send this to Sonos for analysis and they will advise. The app will also have a room optimization feature on the next Sonos update which analyse and optimize the sound from the speakers for that particular room.

Bought all my gear from JB hifi Bellbat. They moved a bit on the pricing but I found the best deal for the sub was at Myer.

I rate Sonos and have the playbar, sub, 2 x play 1's, 2 x play 3's and 2 x play 5's. Dead simple to set up. Plug into power and turn on......... done. Sounds the goods too and the sub is awesome.

They dont call me anymore. I used to do 1 of the following: - just leave the phone on the bench and dont hang up, but it is not that much fun; - I thank them for advising me of this problem and tell them that I am a budding computer programmer and straight after dinner I am going to create my own virus busting program to fix the problem; - String them on for 30 mins or so telling them that my pc / laptop is Windows based, then I tell them it os Mac based so they transfer me to another department. String this apartment along for 20 to 30 mins then tell them that my pc is windows based. They usually have the sh*ts by then and hang up and dont call back. I only do the third option on a Friday or Saturday night if I am having a few quiet ones out the back. Have'nt heard back form them for ages. Luke G

Good idea Ralph. I will keep that in mind as an option. Is there any other options you would suggest?

I am currently looking at transmission options for my blown 2004 GT-P. It still has the stock standard BTR 4 speed auto and obviously that's not going to last for long (I think the only reason it is still living is because the car has only just clocked 16,000 kms). I am pretty dubious about getting the BTR rebuilt as I have heard many mixed results and ultimately I would prefer it to be a 6 speed auto if I go the auto route. I know which path to take if I choose to go 6 speed manual but I am not sure on what options to consider if I go auto. I am aware of the obvious choices - C4 with gearvendors overdrive or TH400 with gearvendors overdrive but after having a modded F6 ute with the ZF 6 speed, I fell in love with the ZF box. I know retro fitting a ZF to the GT-P has its issues hence why I am looking at other 6 speed auto options. Does anybody know if the TCI 6x Six Speed Transmission (http://www.tciauto.com/tc/6x-six-speed-transmission-package-small-block-ford-bellhousing-paddle-shifterhtml) rated to 850hp will fit? ie: trans tunnel clearance issues Are there any other options? Did 183,000 kms in my bf f6ute with nizpro stage 2.5 kit. It fluttered its arse off. No problemos with at it all.

True trac works great. Had one in my f6 and have one now in my gtp

It's not a 5.0 but I have a 5.4 with a kenne bell and a full Herrod system including 4 into 1's and it sounds mint. No complaints here and no drone. Cheers. Luke G

I think I jinxed myself by posting this yesterday. Trans went in one of our work d40's today. I was going to get a wildtrak, but had to wait too long. Ended up getting a bt50 GT with all the fruit and I'm loving it. Luke G
