Feel your pain but I did my CV on the street oppps 4 choices 1/ Replace with standard Ford jobbies 2/ Repco replacements are a slightly thicker shaft and larger CV's ( This the the way I went ) 3/ Driveshaft Shops 700hp replacements 4/ 1400hp Driveshaft Shop replacements..you have to change your hubs and bearings with these coz they are a 30 spline diff end and 30 spline hub end whereas standard and Repco are 30/28 (I think someone said once that the hubs and bearings are included in price) Link to Diff Techniks here in Aus http://www.difftechnics.com.au/store/c30/Ford.html

Not the first time I've heard that a tuner recomends an ex w/g due to boost control.. A (hub ) workshop here says that to every second customer apparently [emoji20] As (almost) mentioned above, the tuner is more than likely farked so get another one. Oh and, +1 for port job and retune

As E85 will clean all the crap out of (almost) anything in the fuel system, my first look would be at the fuel filter which may account for your lack of pressure....The filter may be blocked with all the stuff from the tank

This is starting to get a bit common around the country..... and not only with tuned Fords A lady were I live put E85 in her vx v6 the other day -- just to try it. Not sure what the outcome was but the car was not running very well when she got it to one of the local mechanics by all accounts
