Thanks Ford Freak. Reason for gloss black inner barrels is they are simply easier to keep clean. The black hides more of the brake dust and gloss is easier to wash.

20.8.5 & 20x10. Tyres will be Nitto INVOs 245/35/20 & 275/30/20

Bout $1400 a corner. Fitment needed to allow for the bigger brakes on my car, looking at the image they sent me, I'm very happy with the result. Not going to paint them, finish is brushed with clear coat on the centers, polished with clear coat on the lip and gloss black inner barrels.

Finishing and assembly completed... ready for shipping Will post more pics when they arrive.

WOGPOT, already ordered my wheels (about 3 weeks ago). Engineering was done last week, should be in the process of being built now. Hoping to see them in a few more weeks. Will post pics as soon as I have them.

Usually less than stock.

No, ordered mine online. Engineering has been completed, now off to have forgings lathed to profile, then milled in the CNC. I'm hoping to have the 3D renders sent to me next week so I can get an idea what they look like. All going well I'll have them in about 4-5 weeks.

Sad news. Heart goes out to all the Ford employees and effected families.

+1 for the Herrod CAI. I have one installed on my F6. Looks and sounds great. You're splitting hairs over the performance (if any) difference a CAI intake makes. Without a tune they just sound cool and the Herrod one does a good job at that.

I can assure you I wont be spending $8K, can't justify that sort of money. I'm expecting fitment to be spot on, especially for a custom wheel, and given they can build the wheels with offset increments as small as 0.01mm there shouldn't be any excuses. As for how they will look I think I'll leave it to a 'wait and see', I may not even go through with the purchase. I will tell you that I've picked one of the wheels I posted earlier, but the sizing and finish will be a surprise.

Definitely not looking for 10" front. Probably the only car (FG) that I can recall to have custom wheels built would be KPM's Streetfighter GS KPM had these wheels made specifically for the car and now offer them as an option for the low low price of $7920. Oh, and if you want wheel nuts that'll run you another $450, then you'll need to put rubber on them. The wheel design itself isn't really what I'm after but it does illustrate custom wheels on an FG. For those interested, I'm currently in talks with a company to have wheels made for mine. They are in the process of calculating specs to give me final fitment numbers. From there, all going well, I will order them. Build times are usually around 6-10 weeks, then fingers crossed they look the business.

Don't even get me started on latte art, that sh*t is gonna be the death of me!!! I desperately want to be good at this. Sorry WOGPOT, cant agree with you on that one. I have an Italian heritage and have been drinking percolated coffee for as long as I can remember and IMO it doesn't even come close to a good espresso.

Used to have one of the EM6900, was a good little unit, then the steam wand chit itself. Mazzer grinder is a nice piece of kit.
-
Currently using Vittoria, it's probably one of my favorites, plus the grinder is setup for this at the moment and I cant be bothered changing it.. lol. Also a fan of Lavazza Super Crema. I've experimented with a number of different beans along with custom roasts etc, alot of them are very nice, but for sheer convenience and price these two would be my picks.

Yeah, I dont mess around when it comes to coffee. Bit of a closet coffee geek.. lol

Big coffee fan. Current setup at home is the Rocket Giotto paired with the Mazzer Mini grinder. Had a number of machines over the years and this is by far the best. True cafe quality at home.
