    As with all telcos, end user experience can differ widely Have used both Exetel and Telstra when it was ADSL Switched to TPG for NBN Unlimited downloads on highest speed I get 93 to 95 Mbps day or night I must have won the sweet spot lottery because I am FTTN All dropouts I have experienced (not many) have been fixed by re-booting my modem I have never needed to ring support On the flip side, Telstra was terrible with my ADSL Phone support just about always involved an hour of my time waiting and being pushed from one department to the next That's the major reason I went with someone different for my NBN hook up
